Sehr schöne Apartments mit wunderbarer Dachterrasse, leider ein bisschen hellhörig
Pros:

Die Lage ist top -alles wunderbar gut fußläufig zu erreichen, das gibt ein dickes Plus.
Auch das Personal war durch die Bank sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ich hatte ein wenig Probleme mit Lärm aus den Nachbarzimmern, da wurde schnell nach einer Lösung gesucht - und das alles in sehr freundlichem Ton. Super.
Auch das Frühstück bekommt einen extra Punkt!!! Wirklich lecker, sehr gute Auswahl, es was immer alles da und wurde flott nachgefüllt. Und der Preis mit 16 Euro pro Person pro Frühstück war auch ok.
Unser Zimmer mochte ich sehr - unser Wunsch nach einem Zimmer in einem der oberen Stockwerke wurde prompt erfüllt. Im 4. Stock hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf den Palacio und einen Baum vor dem großen Fenster - das war schön.
Auch die Dachterrasse war ein zusätzliches Plus, leider ist sie nur sehr spärlich bewirtschaftet - vielleicht lag es an der Nebensaison. Es wäre schön gewesen, dort mal einen Kaffee zu trinken, aber wir haben nie die richtigen Zeiten erwischt. Dennoch: für Fotos konnten Hotelgäste immer hochfahren und der Blick war auch ohne Kaffee sehr schön.
Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir zwei Tage lang sehr laute Nachbarn, sowohl neben und als auch über uns - aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.
Die Apartments sind recht hellhörig und für Lärmempfindliche sind Ohrstöpsel sehr zu zu empfehlen. Gegen den Straßenlärm, die Zimmer gehen alle nach vorne raus auf eine große Straße, hilft es, ein Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken zu buchen.
Zwei Kleinigkeiten haben uns noch gestört, ist aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau: KEINE Klobürste (komisch, ist das nicht üblich in Spanien?) und kein Schminkspiegel im Bad.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Highly recommend this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect—very, very walkable to central Madrid, making it easy to explore the city.

Everything was spotless, clean, and comfortable. We didn’t end up using the kitchen, but it was well appointed and had everything you’d need. A nice touch was the complimentary sparkling water—such a thoughtful perk! And the rain shower head was absolutely amazing.

We had a very early flight and needed to leave for the airport at 3:30 AM, and the staff went above and beyond by preparing a delightful breakfast to-go for us. Such a thoughtful gesture and a perfect way to end our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Ruime kamer op goede plek
Pros:

We hebben hier een geweldige tijd gehad. Onze kamer/appartementje was heel comfortabel, met alle gemakken voorzien. Iedere dag werd het heel goed schoongemaakt.
Personeel is vriendelijk. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt.
De locatie is ook centraal. Dichtbij het Koninklijke Paleis en het OV - inclusief de gratis bus.
Ik zou hier zeker terugkomen.

Cons:

Onze kamer had een balkon met een aardig uitzicht op het paleis. Echter, de weg waar die aan zit is zo druk dat we daar nooit hebben gezeten.

Pros:

La comodidad de la suite, limpieza, tamaño de la suite. La ubicación del Aparsuites está a pasos de la estación de bus que es comodisimo si haces compras, no tendras que caminar mucho. Está a una cuadra de la plaza españa, super centrico y tiene una vista preciosa a los jardines sabatini. .
El personal es muy amable. Tiene una zona de lavanderia a solo 10 euros. Hasta.pudimos hacer late check out sin costo adicional.
