Good location.
Pros:

Good location, only about 10 minute walk from the cruise terminal (beware there is a steep hill). Staff very helpful and the room very well appointed and comfy.

Enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Lovely small hotel. Centrally located. Wonderful staff. Cynthia was especially helpful. Nice restaurant and lounge on the fourth floor. If you have a wait for your flight you can wait there. Pretty view of the harbor.

Excellent smart and comfortable hotel in central Ushaia
Pros:

Central, smart and with fantastic view from the restaurant.
Very comfortable, beautifully decorated and with helpful and friendly staff, perfect for our 3 night break in Ushaia.
We had a sea facing room which was quiet apart from the local youth who like racing motorbikes round the city at night - but not the fault of the hotel!
Would recommend the Lennox !

Gute Lage, komfortabel und Frühstück mit Hafen-Aussicht
Pros:

Tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen beim Frühstück und gute Lage mitten im Zentrum. Drumherum sind ausreichend Cafes und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt eine schöne, kleine Lounge oben neben dem Frühstücksraum zum Verweilen, um die Zeit zu überbrücken, bis man an Bord des Schiffes darf. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und sauber. Wie bei fast allen Hotels, kann man sein Gepäck vor und nach dem Check-in noch verwahren lassen

Cons:

Ich musste eine Nacht unverschuldet canceln, weil mein Flug gestrichen wurde. Ich hatte dies dem Hotel ein paar Wochen vorher bereits kommuniziert, trotzdem war man nicht bereit mir einen Teil des Preises zu erlassen, sondern das Zimmer wurde voll berechnet. Und dies, obwohl das Hotel angeblich ausgebucht war und das Zimmer daher sicher noch hätte wieder vermietet werden können. Hier hätte ich mir mehr Entgegenkommen gewünscht, zumal ich das Hotel am Anfang und am Ende meiner Reise gebucht habe. Aber scheinbar sind die Meisten hier nur einmal im Leben und daher besteht kein Interesse an "Kundenpflege". Ansonsten war aber alles top. Sofern man nichts canceln muss eine gute Wahl

A comfortable and enjoyable stay at Ushuaia

A convenient and good choice in Ushuaia
Pros:

We spent 4 nights and was satisfied with the stay and services. In particular, the staff were helpful and friendly. We have joined an early excursion and they were willing to serve breakfast to us by 5:45 am. The restaurant at 4th floor was kind and tried their best to meet with needs of the guests. The front desk staff Javier and Ailin were great and Martin was superb who served us decently the early morning breakfast. Please relay our appreciation for their dedicated service which deserved recognition. We shall stay again next time at this end of the world

Great hotel and staff in a central location.
Pros:

Wonderful place to stay while visiting Ushuaia. Cynthia was especially helpful during our check-in and during our stay. The rooms were very nice and the upstairs lounge was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet we especially great. We stayed at several hotels during our stay in Ushuaia and my partner and myself agreed that, Lennox Hotels was the best. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit the area.

Nice hotel, shame about the motorbikes
Pros:

Nice, comfortable hotel well positioned in the centre of town. Food in the restaurant is good and the views are great. We had a room in the front on the third floor and unfortunately all the local lads think it's a great idea to remove the baffles from their motorbikes' exhausts and speed up and down the main road outside the hotel all through the night (and I mean all through - these lads don't seem to need sleep) so unfortunately our experience was marred by three very disturbed nights!
