A hospedagem é perfeita. Desde a decoração ao aconchego dos quartos com enxovais de excelência, limpeza e atendimento. Deixo registrado o atendimento do Martin como excepcional. É um profissional carismático, atento, pró ativo que busca o conforto dos hóspedes com muito profissionalismo.

O hotel é um poço de conforto e comodidade. Desde a decoração impecável dos espaços, o conforto da cama e enxovais, a limpeza, a organização e atendimento são de excelência. Preciso registrar que todos os atendentes são ótimos, mas o Martin é maravilhoso, além de carismático é solicito, educado e prestativo.

O hotel é muito confortável, instalações novas e linda decoração.

Cons:

Havia um aviso no quarto para não utilizar o frigobar para itens particulares, nem para refrigerar medicamentos. Estranho, mas são as regras do hotel.

The staff, the room and cleaning

The breakfast is not a highlight and there is a lot of noise at night in the street, specially from youngs using motorcycles in the avenue.

Buena ubicación, excelente desayuno. La cafetería tenía una linda vista.

Cons:

La calefacción estaba al máximo al llegar. Solo con la calefacción de pasillo se temperaba la habitación.

Cosy, comfortable stay for one night
Pros:

I was so comfortable at this hotel, with its cosy common areas and comfortable room We had a nice terrace and the room was warm (maybe a little too warm but we shut off the radiators). Great view from our room and friendly staff.
