The room was very nice
I prefer a robe to wear. Price was a bit much with all tax and fees. I was staying as my daughter is in the hospital so with the price I could bot stay two nights.
Close to the freeway. Easy access.
We did not get daily house cleaning as was stated. The breakfast was mediocre and overpriced.
The nightly charge was overpriced too.
Convenience to I-4.
For the room price, breakfast should have been included, not an additional charge.
Repeat guests, and never any complaints, clean, modern, friendly staff and affordable
Na
Easy access to freeway and other major routes
Hospitality service in the room itself. ADA room still had a step-up-and-over tub
Clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful with a smile. Have stayed several times and will return
It was close to everything and the staff was always friendly. The restaurant wasn’t the best. I had the salmon and it wasn’t very good. The waitress was wonderful, very nice and polite.
very nice stay very friendly staff room was clean Hotel was clean aand pet friendly, hot tub had so much clorine it burned our eyes
Peggy are server and Emily the bartender are always great!!
The property is fine. The Expedia experience is severely lacking! Unorganized. I booked my stay throught the Expedia app. I reserved a double king room with a jacuzzi tub. I get to the hotel. They have two single king rooms and not jacuzzi tub. Come to find out the hotel doesnt even have a double king rooms. Not even double queens with a jacuzzi tub.. i called customer support. Their solution was to draft an email on my behalf to the "care team" to look into what can be done. They asked me of i wanted to canel or move my reservation to another date.WWHHAAATT??!! Canceling the reservation would mean my wife and i would have a place to sleep and i would loose the some money becuase i was past the cancelation time. The Front desk offed to check in one of the two rooms and make the 2nd a no show so there could be a better possibility for a partcial refund.
I loved the indoor heated pool and jacuzz, as much as the room with giant corner jetted bathtub, a must try
I have stayed at this hotel many times, I have never had a bad stay. I checked in and the front desk clerk (Tess or jess) was wonderful, fast, friendly and professional. She placed me in a room on the 5th floor, the room was spotless clean and everything worked well. The room was quiet. I had a great breakfast cooked to order; the wait staff was fast and friendly. If your travels take you to Eugene/Springfield this great hotel should be stayed in!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. A pleasure to stay here and interact with the staff. Very comfortable and clean rooms. We’ve stayed here before and would recommend it to anyone.
Won't return. Instead of a comfortable, cozy room it was stark and way too modern. A single small drawer in the room - otherwise there were two shelves starting at the floor and ending two feet up (above was the fridge, TV etc) which meant that only first few inches were reachable without having to get on the floor on all fours - they were virtually useless. There was plenty of room for a full size dresser but, alas, sacrificed for fashion I suppose. Even the bedside table was without drawers OR shelves - just like a shelf. The beds were the worst. Comfortable ONCE YOU GOT ON THEM. They were incredibly high. I am 5'5" and literally had to jump to get on the bed. My son is 6'1" and his feet dangled when he sat on his. Woebetide any short people who try to sleep here - you will literally have to stack up your suitcases to create steps. Decor was nonexistant, although I think they THOUGHT it was accomplished. Three small pictures on one wall in a neat row. Laminate flooring with a carpet between the beds. Flesh-colored walls and some odd colored curtains. No color coordination. Indeed, colors ranged from pastel to very bold. What a mish-mash. I hope they didn't pay somebody for that. Very cold feeling room. I'd expect, it being a Hilton property and higher priced that neighbors, there would be real glasses not plastic wrapped plastic cups that will be headed to the landfill. Staff was cold and disinterested. No free breakfast offered but you could but into the buffet if you want. Nope, not want. They need to be reminded they are not a destination hotel but rather a stop over on the way to somewhere else. Guests arrive after a long drive and just want a comfortable, familiar room to rest up for the next day's journey. Really missing the mark here, Hilton.
Absolutely lovely Hilton Garden Inn! I was a bit taken aback reading several negative reviews, but in our four night stay, we experienced absolutely nothing negative! In fact, from the excellent staff – including Jose, Melissa and Peggy at breakfast – everyone was warm, friendly and welcoming! Our room was lovely, roomy, well equipped and lighted. Everything worked well, and the shower in particular was great. They have a great laundry facility which we made use of, as well as a very nice bar and restaurant. We would also recommend odd numbered rooms, as they have lovely mountain views! The hotel was amazingly well located for our four days at Hayward Field, with ample parking. All in all, fabulous stay and we are very much looking forward to an opportunity to return!
Customer service was top notch! In a world like today, when customer service is at an all-time low due to the nature of things, this hotel, seemingly never forgot and really stepped it up! We stayed here as a part of a longer trip and everyone could see that I had my hands full with my two toddlers. Everyone was so kind and made me feel so comforted, even though my kids were running a muck.
The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too soft. The location was convenient for our travels.
The service in the restaurant was super! And the food was great.
Had trouble with the TV. The UTube option didn't work. The media guy came promptly and brought a new remote but agreed the Utube was unavailable.
