Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

The excellent treatment of the staff. There was a football match going on and the bar was able to prepare some drinks for us viewers! Everybody super nice and the place manager very kind.
Perhaps the breakfast place could be bigger. I had to wait to the fruit to be replaced because it went off super quick ( i war during the fathers day weekend!

El personal muy atento en general, descansé bien, buena cama. la habitacion muy bien aislada, hubo corte de luz, pero el hotel tenia su propio generador por lo tanto siguió funcionando. los desayunos con mucha varieadad y fresco, eso se agradece. muy buena disposición a ayudarte

Personal del restaurant oliva, muy pesado, no tenian el desayuno a la hora que hay que tenerlo, sacando cosas de a poco, cafe tibio y si le decias algo, mala dispocision
