Clean motel & good location but there was a few issues with the room & parking allocation was poor .

Cons:

We were entitled to a carpark & also paid for another one. When we got back from a wedding there were no parking spots left & we had to find & park on the next street around the back.
We asked for a plug for the bath on 2 separate occasions but didn’t get one. No bathmat supplied. The bathroom basin was slow to drain. The kitchen plug didn’t seal & didn’t hold the water long enough to do the dishes. No dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher. Pretty poor considering what we paid for the room.

Good apartment let down down by strong smell of dog
Pros:

Location was convenient for our family commitments in Sandringham.

Cons:

we should have check if the apartment was pet friendly as smelt strongly of dog which was hugely disappointing.

Pleasant Stay!
Pros:

This was my second time staying a Quest Moorabbin. It is close to the office and initially I said I will give it a try, however I found this is a pleasant hotel, clean, in a quiet area and with everything needed to make the stay comfortable. I am planning to stay at this Quest for all my work trips moving forward. The beds are very comfortable!

Pros:

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Close to the airport and other amenities but quiet.
The two staff we had contact with were very good. Friendly housemaid offered to help us get our luggage downstairs.
The receptionist Oksana was exceptional. Our flight from Brisbane was delayed by almost two hours. She kept in contact and made sure we were confident about accessing the rooms after hours. In the morning when we had difficulties with transport, she went out of her way to make sure our baby granddaughter and all our party were able to get to the airport safely.
