Location was convenient for our family commitments in Sandringham.
we should have check if the apartment was pet friendly as smelt strongly of dog which was hugely disappointing.
No elevator. Tricky lugging heavy bags upstairs.

I needed a ground floor unit but there were none available
Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Close to the airport and other amenities but quiet.
The two staff we had contact with were very good. Friendly housemaid offered to help us get our luggage downstairs.
The receptionist Oksana was exceptional. Our flight from Brisbane was delayed by almost two hours. She kept in contact and made sure we were confident about accessing the rooms after hours. In the morning when we had difficulties with transport, she went out of her way to make sure our baby granddaughter and all our party were able to get to the airport safely.

As per usual quests, the cleanliness standard was high. The staff were very helpful and assisted us with our luggage (which we needed in the end).
The property was 2 stories, with no lift. I use a cane due to Cancer treatment and didn’t think to request a ground floor unit (my fault). I was disappointed to discover the only way to the 2nd story were stairs with all our luggage. Luckily the great staff helped us with it. I was also disappointed in the quality of the sofa (very uncomfortable and old) as well as the tiny TV
Originally I requested ground floor accommodation but on arrival I was given a first floor unit. After discussing, staff were able to switch things around and I was allocated a ground Floor unit. Very happy
