They don't provide service to warm the food..there should be a oven/microwave other than the kitchen to use for in house customers to warm the food and eat. Windy House keeper clean my room very well.

lovely stay and shootout to Charrie!

I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Novena, Singapore. I am coming back here frequently. Charrie has been taking good care of the room and is very attentive. I hope she gets promoted!

Since a lot of Indians as well as Asians stay in your hotel, please consider installing a water faucet in the toilet in addition to toilet paper.

I had a great stay at IBIS Singapore Novena. The service was excellent!
Pros:

I stayed at IBIS Singapore Novena for two weeks and the hotel staff provided excellent service, especially Sister Lulu. She was very helpful and thorough in her housekeeping, leaving the room spotless. As a Taiwanese person visiting Singapore, I felt especially welcome and warmly received by Sister Lulu at IBIS Singapore Novena. I will definitely recommend IBIS Singapore Novena to my family and friends if they ever visit Singapore.

Pros:

The hotel is fine but basic, in need of a renovation as a bit dated.

Cons:

The area is quiet, so shops close earlier than other areas. Fridge in room is very old and couldn’t hold much, not even a milk carton. Room was very tight but that seems normal now in Singapore.

A solid choice for a Singapore stay.
Pros:

I spend 100 nights a year in Ibis properties and this hotel is standard Ibis.
Great bed; good shower; WiFi works well.
The breakfast was not exceptional but perfectly adequate.
I would like to highlight two, very good employees. Nicholas, in the restaurant, and Jensen.
Both gentlemen worked exceptionally hard, always with a smile. They are both a great credit to their hotel.
Just 100 m away ( exit left from the hotel, go right at the corner, and cross the street ), is Zhongshan Mall. They have a Pizza Hut, Starbucks, McDonald’s, Subway, 7-11. There is a barbershop on the ground floor and a fantastic supermarket on the second floor.
A 10 minute walk ( exit hotel, go right ) from the hotel is the Novena MRT station. Buy a 3, 4, 5 day pass at the ticket office for unlimited travel on the subway and buses. Note: they will only accept Singapore cash for purchase of the pass.
I would stay at this property in the future.
