Cons:

Some staff are not friendly. I had gone back to my room in the afternoon to rest around 3pm and my room still had not been cleaned

Pros:

近くにスーパー等もあり、買い物に便利だった。

Cons:

MRTの駅から少し歩きます（２０分弱）が、苦痛というっほどではありません。

Place is small but everything is super well mentioned specially the staff in here are very considerate of their guests
Pros:

Linda is very polite and professional, she cleans my room almost everyday in my 30 days of stay, she did her work so nicely. And with this kind behaviour I wish her all the best in her life.

Good Stay Experience
Pros:

Very good stay experience with Ibis Singapore Novena, good services given to me. Breakfast environment is good and clean, the team members here are very polite and helpful, very satisfying! Hotel room cleaning also very good, expecially room at floor 10 Ms Charrie, who perform a very good cleaning to my room, let me had a good resting moment after a busy day.
