The best stay I’ve ever ver had.
Pros:

Enjoyed the breakfast. Was really pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. From the moment I walked into the property the service was exceptional.

Extremely disappointed.
Pros:

Just the location was good. And staff were friendly

Cons:

We love staying at comfort inns but this one is a complete NO It felt dirty and you can tell it’s poorly maintained the carpet felt dirty. Expected this hotel to feel a lot cleaner since it was “remodeled” about a year ago. And for the carpet to look and feel that dirty in a year you can tell they do not do deep cleaning. The shower curtains felt supper old and dirty and it is also obvious they don’t clean them properly. It shows all over the hotel that they cut corners and cheaply patch up things instead of properly repairing and maintaining the hotel.
The key cards that they provide don’t work very well. We got locked out of our room 3 times in a two day stay and had to constantly get new key cards.

Cons:

Room wasn’t clean. Had couch cushions on the floor with dirty sheets under them. Beds and pillows are very uncomfortable.
