Great location, friendly service, and a very pleasant stay
Pros:

Had a really pleasant stay at Hotel City Zurich. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Zurich HB, with the lake and Zurich Old Town also within walking distance. Tram services are very close to the hotel, making it easy to get around.

The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The breakfast was simple but nice, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Loud… avoid if you want to sleep!
Pros:

Central location in Zurich; nice facilities.

Cons:

No one disclosed the all night disco two doors away that blasted music until 5:30 am. No one in our family slept due to the disco and street party noise.
