Pros:

Right in the heart of downtown Zurich. Walking distance to train station and shops and restaurants. Room was clean and so comfortable. Extra room and beds was well needed.

Cons:

Bathroom didn't have all the toiletries that other hotels offered. AC in the hallway was leaking so water. Not much but always a small tiny puddle.

Very good and convenient location and polite staff!

Cons:

Very very hot! Air conditioner barely worked, and they gave us just one fan to cover 3 people living in the room.

Overall is acceptable for short business trip. However, i will not book again.
Pros:

Location is good.

Cons:

Zentrales Hotel für einen Citytrip
Pros:

Perfekte Lage für einen Citytrip. Keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof, trotzdem nachts sehr ruhig. Schönes geräumiges Zimmer, sogar mit kleinem Balkon. Die Betten waren bequem, das Frühstück ok.

Buena ubicación, pésimo descanso
Cons:

El barrio es bonito y la ubicación es agradable, pero mi experiencia en el hotel no fue satisfactoria. Durante toda mi estancia tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta porque la habitación no disponía de aire acondicionado o, si lo tenía, no funcionaba. Me parece inaceptable que un hotel no ofrezca un sistema de climatización adecuado.

Al tener que dejar la ventana abierta, el ruido de la calle durante las horas de descanso era constante, lo que dificultó mucho dormir. Además, la habitación y el baño eran bastante pequeños; en general, todo el espacio resultaba muy reducido.

Sin duda, lo que más me molestó fue no poder descansar correctamente debido a la falta de aire acondicionado y al excesivo ruido exterior.
