Gostei da localização, das instalações, quartos grandes, piscina no rooftop.Bom preço. Limpeza diária que começava cedo.

Dos funcionários, nada disponiveis, nem simpáticos, dos elevadores que demoravam muito sem necessidade e abanavam muito, da qualidade da comida no café da manhã, nada tinha sabor apesar da variedade, do ginásio com pesos soltos que me iam partindo o pé. São tudo coisas que podem ser melhoradas e aí ficará um hotel TOP.

Hospedagem Perfeita
Pros:

Excelente recepção, muita gentileza principalmente por parte do concierge Fabrício. As acomodações são perfeitas, confortáveis, modernas e uma limpeza impecável, com renovação de toalhas todos os dias. O café da manhã é completisssimo atendendo a todos os gostos, dietas e hábitos alimentares. Na cobertura as piscinas para adultos e infantil possuem uma metragem excelente com uma linda fonte permanente que mantém as piscinas limpas o tempo todo. Também na cobertura está uma academia de ginástica, com sauna e espaço para relaxamento muito bem decorado e confortável. Ademais o serviço de bar na piscina é excelente, com a elaboração de deliciosas bebidas e a comida vem direto do restaurante do hotel. O espaço Kids, também atende às crianças de todas as idades. Devo ressaltar, que o hotel possui uma excelente localização, a poucos passos do posto 2, da Praia de Copacabana, facilitando assim, a ida aos Shows que frequentemente são exibidos no local, bem como a frequência à praia a qual possui em sua orla diversos quiosques, muito animados e bem frequentados. Enfim, gostamos de tudo.

Buena ubicación y camas cómodas, pero le falta mantenimiento y mejor atención

* Está ubicado relativamente cerca de la playa (aprox. 3 cuadras).
* Las camas eran cómodas.
* El desayuno estaba bien y cumplía.

The room was clean and spacious, and the location is fairly good, close to the beach.but for the price its good.

Cons:

Not enough space for breakfast, causing big queues. The location is also pretty busy, with a lot of people trying to sell you stuff right outside the door and constant beeping from traffic.

Hotel bastante confortável. Muito bom para quem quer passear e curtir o Rio de Janeiro.
Pros:

Localização, perto do comércio, metrô e praia. Café da manhã muito bom, destaque para o pãozinho francês. O maior destaque foi o atendimento da recepção muito simpáticos e prestativos.

Cons:

Sugiro colocar uma barra dentro do box que tenha banheira. Isso ajudar na hora de entrar e sair, podendo evitar acidentes para quem tenha mais dificuldades.
