Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön
Personal sehr nett

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren zu warm - keine Klimaanlage
Die duschwand zu kurz , kann man nicht schließen somit überschwemmt das Badezimmer beim duschen
Keine Aufsicht im Wellnessbereich , keiner hält sich an regeln und springt trotzdem vom Beckenrand

Familienfreundliches Hotel
Pros:

Uns hat es gut gefallen, die Zimmer waren schön aufgeteilt. Familien haben viel Platz, 2,5 Zimmer, eine Kochnische und einen Balkon, sie waren gut ausgestattet. Es war sehr sauber bis auf ein paar kleine Flecken auf den Couchbezug. Das Schwimmbad war das Highlight für die Kinder, die Whirlpools etwas veraltet und im. Badewannenformat. Dafür hat der Saunabereich eine schöne Auswahl an Infrarotsauna, römischen Bad und finnische Sauna sowie einen Ruhebereich, darüber hinaus gibt es abschließbare Umkleidekabine sowie Schließfächer.
Ein weiteres Highlight war das Frühstücksbuffet, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt und es gab viele gesunde Alternativen.
Es war sehr ruhig im Hotel bzw. haben wir durch die gute Aufteilung und Lage nichts von den anderen Familien mitbekommen.

Wir danken wirklich sehr für den schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Het binnenzwembad is niet heel groot maar prima om even kort in af te koelen na een dagje wandelen.

Kurzurlaub und Entspannung.
Pros:

Eine außerordentliche Anlage, sehr freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Essen und Frühstück, ein tolles Schwimmbad, Ruhe und Entspannung in einem großen und gemütlichen Zimmer. Dieses Hotel ist nun unsere erste Adresse, wenn es wieder einmal nach Willingen, Usseln geht ! Dankeschön!

Sehr dreckig, alte Socke hinter der Heizung, kaputte Vorhänge, Flecken auf Teppich, Sofa und an den Wänden. Überall Staub. Mobiliar veraltet. Dreckige Handtücher und Bettwäsche mit Blutflecken

Fantastisch hotel op een geweldige locatie
Pros:

Het ontbijt was super lekker en goed, heel divers. De bediening was prima en het inchecken was snel geregeld. Hadden 's nachts geen toegang tot de kamer omdat diegene met het pasje er nog niet was maar binnen een paar minuten was er een 2e pasje geregeld.

Cons:

Achteraf de toeristenbelasting afrekenen had ik liever op voorhand gedaan tijdens boeken en anders bij het inchecken. Het verschil in bed was groot. Wij hadden een familiekamer met 2 goede bedden en 2 duidelijk mindere bedden.
