la taille de la chambre standard et la petite baignoire des années 60.
le bruit a la petite piscine, surtout les enfants qui hurlaient et disaient des mots vulgaires. je ne vais pas les écrire. et j'ai failli avoir une fourrière pour mon véhicule garé sur le parking de l hôtel. ( police municipale) il y avait le triathlon, impossible de trouver de la place aux bergers.
Mauvaise expérience. ce n est pas un 4 étoiles.
dommage, on vient 4 semaines par an.

C’était pas très propre, le buffet est pas top (coquillette, pizza et frite) des menus enfants.
Le robinet de notre chambre était cassé, l’eau était soit trop froide soit trop chaude

Location close to the lift
Sauna not working and nobody care. Swimming pool too cold and not possible to enjoy.
The location is top notch. Veeeery close to the slopes, food are really tasty, we enjoyed most of our meals.
1. On photo there are sauna, but in reality is broken and in the reception they couldn’t say when it will be fixed, looks like it’s broken for the long time and this was the main reason why we chose that hotel.
2. Breakfast can be a bit improved. Every morning pancakes where burned.
3. During our stay most of the days was a hard snow. So getting with ski gear from hotel to ski slopes was just down by the ice. They put some ropes on the side but it was a challenge every time. It would be much nicer if it wouldn’t be so slippery.

Can not spend cash in the hotel or bar only on the hotel card. Good cresh/kids club and adult entertainment as long as everyone speaks French. Don't get me wrong we are in France but the Spanish,Greek,Portuguese and Dutch and many other holiday destinations manage to have an international flavor with their entertainers that cater for all the guests. The highly advertised health suite was a disaster zone. Locker out of order,spar very cold got in and got out. It is not a 4 star hotel barely 3 .this is the top end for price I would recommend going for a family run establishment. You are also at the wrong end of town if you want a bit of action at night . Don't get me wrong I am 67 so am not a party animal but ot is a 15 walk to find a bar outside the hotel.
Loved the location, food was excellent, equipment hire was very easy and good quality. Overall a good stay! it’s a family oriented hotel, great if you have kids, a little noisy if you don’t.
Spa was a little small and the jacuzzi cold.
