Lage, Unterkunft mit Schwimmbad und Sauna sowie das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis haben gepasst.
Pros:

Das Schwimmbad mit der Sauna, die Unterkunft war sauber und die Lage sehr zentral, Wald und Meer in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Ein paar Dinge in der Küche fehlten, einige Leuchtmittel funktionierten nicht mehr, ebenso waren Kleinigkeiten nicht repariert worden.
Irgendwie nie ein Hausmeister oder Ansprechpartner zu sehen. Das Reinigungspersonal verstand uns nicht, bei Fragen zu unserer Unterkunft. Am Anreisetag war die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt. Immer nur vormittags 2 Stunden. Ebenso standen Schilder zu Öffnungszeiten des Bistros (Kaffee und Kuchen) die nicht stimmten.
Informationsmaterial für die Gäste sollte dringend überarbeitet werden.

Pros:

Das Personal verschaffte sich auf unsere Anfrage hin einen Überblick über die Mängel, war entgegenkommend und buchte uns kostenfrei in eine größere Wohnung um. Dann konnte der Urlaub starten! Allerdings spricht man zunächst nur mit einer KI, in der Hoffnung, dass sich daraufhin zeitnah jemand meldet.

Die Lage ist wirklich grandios.

Cons:

Die ursprünglich gebuchte Wohnung wies diverse Mängel auf. Der Backofen war nicht nutzbar, da die Tür an einer Seite vollständig aus dem Scharnier gerissen war. Vor dem Kühlschrank fehlte die Blende, darunter Glasscherben - sehr schwierig mit einem krabbelnden Kleinkind. Die Lampen im Bad gingen nur teilweise, eine blinkte. Die Toilette wies gelbe Spuren auf. Das Bett war durchgelegen, die Prüftermine aller Elektrogeräte im März bzw. Mai 2025 abgelaufen.

Beautiful place, disappointing stay – avoid A Plus Ferienpark Usedom
Pros:

Koserow itself is a wonderful place. It is quiet, peaceful and surrounded by nature. You can hear birds singing and there is no city noise. There are many cycling and walking paths, and even outside the main season you can still find places to enjoy excellent German cuisine. There are also some very nice Italian restaurants in Koserow.

Access to the sea is frequent and very convenient, everything is close by. For families there are attractions nearby like a dinosaur park and swimming pools, and there is even a dedicated dog beach. The air is fantastic and the area is simply beautiful.

Cons:

The property is clearly long past its best years. Much of the place looks like it still remembers the Honecker era and has only been carelessly repainted. Sadly, the management attitude also seems stuck in those times.
During a one-week stay, we were provided with two rolls of toilet paper and two trash bags for the entire stay (there was even a photo of this in the message we received from the property). This is not a hotel, so expectations should be lowered dramatically — almost like falling off a cliff in Koserow.
Towels are replaced once per stay, regardless of whether you stay a weekend or an entire week. When asked about it, we were bluntly told: pay extra if you want another towel. Considering the property has a swimming pool, this attitude is quite shocking.
Speaking of the pool — the water was very cold, so one visit was more than enough to risk catching a cold.
Another issue is the almost complete absence of staff. Reception is supposedly available two hours per day, but even then they may arrive late. Apparently this is what they call “flexibility”.
The overall message from the property is simple: pay, but don’t ask questions. Even paying the tourist tax was handled through a strange system of putting cash in envelopes and dropping them into boxes instead of a normal guest-friendly process.
The attitude toward guests reached a new low when we asked if a child’s toy could be charged for an hour at the reception desk (because our charger had a high-power USB cable that didn’t work with it). When we later raised other issues, this small favor was brought up as if it had been some extraordinary act of generosity from the property.
It felt embarrassing. Breakfast is not included in the price, which is clearly stated, so that is fair. However, the restaurant does not offer guests any better option than people walking in from the street. Perhaps that is not surprising, as the restaurant has around 2.5 stars on Google Maps.

Pros:

Die Lage der Anlage war einfach Super. Eine saubere, gepflegte Anlage. Am schönsten war aber die Himmlische Ruhe. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war Super, alles war sauber was man benötigt .

Ruhiger Inselurlaub
Pros:

Waren früher mit den Kindern schon dort,optimal da Schwimmbad in der Anlage.Haben wir diesmal nicht genutzt,hatten ja Wohnung mit Sauna. Es war in der Wohnung alles da was man braucht. Der Weg zum Strand war nur 5 Minuten.

Cons:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
