Curat si mic dejun decent! Dar politicile hotelului ar trebui schimbate!

A fost curat si locația are o nota de eleganta. Am avut loc de parcare si mic dejun decent👍

Cons:

Raportul calitate preț nu este echilibrat, unele servicii banale sunt contracost( spre exemplu sa primim încă o plapuma in camera)! Nu au încălzit piscina chiar daca am notificat in prealabil! Prin urmare nu am mers la piscina doar din considerentul sa nu răcim! Locatia a fost aleasa anume din considerentul ca putem folosi si piscina indiferent daca este sezon sau nu!

very helpful staff. the reception staff , breakfast staff and housekeeping.

Cons:

to all fairness, the hotel is situated within a short drive of the city center, but with the current traffic conditions in Kishinev that will take a drive between 15 to 20 minutes.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpfull. The rooms are big enough, well equipped and clean. The hotel has a very nice vibe to it and its close to most of the attractions if you drive or by taxi that its pretty affordable in Moldavia. The breakfast was very good also.
