К сожалению, этот отель совершенно не соответствует ожиданиям от пятизвёздочного уровня.

Номер был в целом нормальным, но на этом плюсы заканчиваются. Ванная комната очень маленькая и неудобная: пространство настолько ограничено, что, сидя на унитазе, приходится упираться коленями в стену.

Отдельно разочаровал матрас. Он был крайне неудобным, пружины ощутимо давили и чувствовались во время сна, из-за чего нормально выспаться было сложно.

Также удивило отсутствие бесплатной питьевой воды в номере. Для пятизвёздочного отеля это базовая услуга, которую ожидаешь получить без дополнительных просьб и затрат.

Завтраки оказались очень скромными, с минимальным выбором блюд, и явно не соответствовали уровню отеля, который позиционирует себя как пятизвёздочный.

В целом создаётся впечатление, что заявленная категория отеля сильно завышена. За такую стоимость и статус ожидаешь гораздо более высокого уровня комфорта и сервиса.

Un hotel de 3* maxim.
Pros:

Categoric nu este un hotel de 5 stele. Micul dejun a fost foarte slab, însă ceea ce m-a șocat cel mai mult a fost situația de la restaurant.

Micul dejun era servit între orele 07:00 și 10:00. Fiind cu copil am venit, am ajuns la micul dejun la 9:20. În acel moment nu mai exista deloc mâncare caldă.

Am auzit cum o doamnă ii zice undei altei doamne: „Mai sunt încă 3 persoane care au venit, faci niște ouă?”
Răspunsul primit a fost: „Lasă, că nu mor dacă nu mănâncă ouă azi.”
Desigur, nu s-a mai adus nimic cald după aceea.
Foarte dezamăgitor pentru un hotel care pretinde astfel de standarde.
Unica persoană drăguță a fost doar fata de la Recepție!
