Very good, friendly staff and they truly help with whatever you need

-Room is spacious and tidy
-Friendly staff
-Early check-in was an extra privilege! Thank You
-The location is perfect, near to everything since it is located in alhamra district.

Cons:

My main concern, there was no bath slipper provided unless You ask for it
Also, the no disturb sign was hanged and the room service ignored it, but it was not a big deal!
