Pros:

Lovely staff, delicious breakfast, quite and very clean room.
Location in Hamra is perfect for reaching every place in central Beirut. Very recommended!

I will not recommend this hotel to another person. I wuestion how booking.com do select such places for people.
Cons:

Bed cover and bed sheet were dirty when we first checked in. There were red marks on the bed cover. Staff did not change them upon our first night as we requested, he claimed that it is just color.
Even staff did not change them second day during room makeup.
There was a problem in the toilet hose.
Towels also had orange marks, i do not know what that was.
