The Park Residence at Bangkok

Location was perfect, next to MRT. Bar downstairs was very noisy and music went past midnight.

Staffs and Location are great, right after Subway train station but has pub and restaurant on 1 floor. It will be perfect if you don't mind any noise.

Great Location!! Close to Thipsamay and Jay ay Cuisine and MRT station right at the front door of the hotel! Bed was very hard though and room wasn't the cleanest.

I stay at The Park whenever I'm in Bangkok for the past 4 years at least with no complaints... But the last trip I'm getting annoyed with the Wi-Fi connection..

Everything was good. Good locations 50 sec walk to MRT... Service staff are friendly. But only the mattress was hard. Pillow too soft.

Checking In was a breeze and there was a PC for you to use 30mins daily at the reception floor. Room and Toilet was ok, the usual standard. Bed is a little too low but comfortable mattress. Wifi is good too. No Breakfast in this hotel and No room service too. There is a Pub just directly at the entrance (small entrance) of the Hotel. There is a Huay Kwang Night Market just around the corner and sells good street food and clothings and Massage Palour too. The Famous God Ganesha Shine is just a 2mins walk from the hotel entrance. Metro Station Huay Kwang is just below the Hotel. Conveniently to places like Rachada Night Train Market, only one station away ( Thai Cultural Station) and 5 stations away to the New Mixt Chatuchat Mall ( Chatuchat Park ), which is just behind the famous Chatuchat Weedend Market. Mixt Chatuchat Mall is Open Daily.

Wifi was disconnected every 10 mins and I have to fill in all the username and password and noisy at night from the bar downstair

Everything is ok but the toilet smell strong pee and I think the light is not enough

Excellent place. Very convenient as it’s just beside the train station and there is a only bar that opens till 4am.

Beds are hard. Just like every other hotel in Thailand

Convenient. Near to MRT. Near to 7-11. Overall one of the best hotels I’ve stayed.

Regular stay whenever I’m back to bkk.. friendly front staff, housekeeping did a great job to ensure room is clean, neat to Ganesh shrine and night market is just round the corner

I have never come across service worse than this.. The room power plug in 403 is not working and the only statement the counter staff gave me was "i dont know, i dont stay here". I book for 3 nights and i guessed i will have to survive without power plug...

Just in front of MRT station, too bad they dont serve breakfast.

Has been my regular stay whenever I’m Bangkok.. awesome place.. right in front of the mrt and night market a stone throw away

Some of the lights are not in working condition. Staff didn’t make up room for 2 days.

Location very convenience as next to MRT. Counter staff are friendly.

Usually drop by bkk every 1-2 month. Missed out for 3 months and happy to see some upgrading work done in the bedroom. As usual greet by friendly front counter staff, checking in over here is the best during my years in 🇹🇭. Always fast & swift. The location, food and MRT make it so much easy for my staying over here. The only advice, if you are light sleeper. The live band might keep you awake till wee morning.

Convenience to take mrt but very noisy at night from the bar downstair
