Near the centre, clean
No proper breakfast..Just a bag with an apple, a testosterone croissant and porridge in a can.
Impossible to open the windows
Great location for jewellery quarter and to get in and out of Bham easily by car. Staff were great.
Room was tiny. Wouldn’t want to spend long periods of time here but as someone to lay your head it’s perfect. Breakfast was a joke really. Croissants and muesli bar etc in a paper bag.
It was clean and quiet. The lift was sadly out of action and the room had no window, but other than that it was a comfortable stay. Lovely bed and shower.
No window in the bedroom felt very strange.
Everything I was meant to have a window of room, but the time that I came me and my partner were upgraded to an apartment beautiful state and only for one night lovely
Probably that there was no door between the living room and the room, but other than that, there’s nothing really I could say

Room was upgraded to a 'apartment' which was compact but had everything I needed - hooks, clean bathroom, little fridge, nice coffee machine, good space and was very clean!
Breakfast was fairly pointless, we didnt really eat this and felt like getting a school packed lunch. Would be better to offer coffee, fresh pastries and fruit downstairs.

Too cramped rooms, conjusted toilet, no chair in the room, no lift working, no place for breakfast, Sheraton brand name is mis-leading
