Staff were very helpful. Location was great, which is why I booked The Sheraton. Very modern hotel.
Was disappointed not to have a kettle in the room to be able to make a hot drink. Also a shame that breakfast is only a 'to go' option. The room was very small (literally the width was the length of a double bed)and I've never seen such a small bathroom! I guess the idea is that it's compact. However, the light switch for the bathroom was by the bed so not easy to find in the middle of the night.

Fair away from city centre and was quite a walk but near the beautiful jewellery quarter.

The shower room was practical
Too small crammed in, too near services noisy !placed next to services no lift Had to use reception for a cup of tea no sweetener or milk alternatives… will not stay again full stop!
