Location was good

Cons:

The room was small for 2 people. Had to climb over partner to get into bed. Wet room/bathroom is small and shower soaked everything. It stated breakfast was included, but not that you are given a bag on checkout with pots of porridge, muffin fruit and drink. No way of making porridge or anything to eat it with! Also, from other sites, it appears that the lift has been out of use for some months

Pros:

A great location on a fairly quiet street, 5 minute walk to Jewellery Quarter station. Really clean with a shower, TV and hairdryer. You can adjust the lighting individually and the temperature in the room.

Cons:

There was some noise in the corridor during the night which woke me. Also the room became really warm during the night which also woke me. The temperature setting appeared to be +, - or off!

I wouldn’t go again.

Cons:

We had a couple having a domestic argument for hours slamming banging we could hear every word in the middle of the night were woken up. Allegedly night staff sorted it but this was after a long time.

Disapointed in poor food standards- dangerous

First morning breakfast contained a yogurt that was a week past it's best before date-it had gone off.
the second morning was the same- I highlighted this to staff who were unable to find a fresher yogurt so they were serving yogurts dated 21.01.2026 on 29 .01.2026- A real possibility of spreading food poisoning
