Excellent Budget Hotel in a Great location.
Pros:

The hotel is in a quiet location, very clean, and good value for money.
The staff are exceptional.
Very professional, welcoming and polite
Ideal if attending an event in the Jewellery Quarter.

Cons:

It's personal preference but the beds and pillows are quite hard.
Instructions for the coffee machine could be provided.

Excellent stay except for the room
Pros:

The hotel was spotless really nice staff the room was the smallest we have ever stayed in shockingly small when we asked for a bigger room they wanted 40pound extra per night
