Pros:

Location was great as it was near the main station and near a Lidl which came in handy. Breakfast was delicious offering different things, staff was mostly welcoming and always polite and nice! Toiletries were refilled daily. We arrived a little early at the hotel, the room wasn't ready yet which was understandable. The lovely ladies were really nice and made the room ready for us to check-in in few minutes.

Cons:

Sometimes housekeeping felt a bit rushed. Towels were changed daily but they had old stains, rips and looked worn off (altough they might be clean towels they shouldn't be offered to hotels guests in this condition).

Bathroom was good but shower water wasn't draining properly so had to pause and wait until it drains to continue and avoid flooding the floors.

Lastly, not sure if it's common there but someone had builders in very early in the morning! Some days we had trouble sleeping as it felt they were drilling next to us! Why not carry such noisy works later on the day and not disturb the guests?

A pleasent, clean and cosy hotel. Nice helpful staff. Central and good location. Nice breakfast in the morning.
