Passable for a night or two
Pros:

The mattress was good. Room cleaned and bed made every day. AC in the room worked well. Location was great, close proximity to landmarks and Central Station.

Cons:

The whole building smelled of mold, common areas were sweltering hot, no fridge in the room or common areas, no hairdryer in the toilet, bedframe and facilities rusty, towels had a bad smell.

Skvelý pobyt v centre mesta
Pros:

Veľmi príjemný a ústretový personál, čistota, výborne fungujúca klimatizácia. Raňajky s veľmi dobrou kávou. Super poloha v centre mesta.

Cons:

Migliorerei i bagni: erano puliti e funzionanti, ma hanno bisogno di un intervento di riammodernamento.
Attenzione a chi viaggia in auto: l'albergo è centralissimo e pertanto in zona ZTL, tuttavia si può fare un pass giornaliero per transitare; a Palermo non si trova facilmente parcheggio, ma è disponibile un parcheggio privato non gestito dall'albergo ma molto vicino allo stesso (non troppo economico)

Pros:

Dorucak je bio vrlo dobar. Steta je sto nije postojala mogucnost organizacije i koriscenja lunch paketa, ukoliko idete na izlet ili napustate hotel ranije od vremena predvidjenog za dorucak.

Cons:

Osoblje i pored truda nije uspelo da organizuje taxi prevoz, iako smo ih zamolili dan pre, kao i na sam dan kad nam je taxi bio potreban.....zamalo smo zakasnili na unapred planiran i placen izlet, cekajuci vozilo ispred hotela koje se nije pojavilo, tako da smo i pored potvrde od strane osoblja da ce nam organizovati taxi morali da se snalazimo sami.....
Takodje su mogli da se potrude da omoguce ulazak u sobu ranije od predvidjenog vremena, s obyirom na to da smo stigli par sati ranije.....

Pros:

Nära till butik, bra AC, trevlig modest frukostbuffe, charmig arkitektur, fin utsikt, trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Cons:

Att puts från taket föll ner i ena rummet, det saknades glödlampor i flera lampor, låset till ena rummet var trasigt, det gick inte att dra igen fönsterluckorna så att det blev mörkt, trasiga brädor på golvet i rummet som vi snavde på, handfatet i ena badrummet hängde löst. Wifi fungerade bara bra på ena sidan av hotellet, så ett rum hade wifi medan det i andra rummet kom och gick.

Bom custo-benefício no coração de Palermo.
Pros:

A equipe muito atenciosa, o quarto confortável e muito limpo com uma vista bem bonita da cidade. Localização excelente! Tem elevador para quem precisa de acessibilidade. Bom custo-benefício!
