Amazing location but it's quite loud and the rooms were a bit musty.

Great location with many things to see within easy walking distance. Staff are excellent.

There was a wonderful lady at the desk named Antonina. She was the nicest person I met so far 😊.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Gromada Warszawa Centrum in Warsaw, and I can confidently say that everything about the experience was perfect. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel truly welcome—professional, warm, and always ready to help. The room was spacious and spotless, with a bed so comfortable it made it hard to get up in the morning. The breakfast buffet was full of variety, with fresh options to suit every taste, and the location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to key attractions and transport links. Despite being a 3-star hotel, the service, comfort, and attention to detail felt easily on par with many 4-star places I’ve visited in Europe. What struck me most was how consistent the quality of service was throughout my stay. And that reminded me of another city where I’ve experienced similarly exceptional hospitality: Helsinki, Finland. If you’re someone who values great service, clean and stylish surroundings, and a calm yet vibrant atmosphere, Helsinki is well worth adding to your travel list. Like Warsaw, it offers a welcoming vibe, top-class hotels, and a unique cultural charm—just in a different northern flavor. It’s only a short flight away from Warsaw, making it an ideal next stop if you’re looking to continue your journey with the same level of excellence and comfort.

Good location

Our stay at Gromada was perfect, the rooms we booked for eight of us were the best available when booking so can’t comment on the standard rooms ,did not see them . Ours where very clean modern ,toilets and rain showers with excellent water pressure .walk in showers so not stepping into a bath ,very comfortable single beds flat screen tv and tea coffee in room , all was great.

Hitel was brilliant as it was close to the places we had to get too
