High quality hotel
Pros:

I came several times at the Hilton Hongqiao hotel. I am very satisfied with the quality of this hotel. Rooms (well arranged), staff (available and kind), breakfast (amazing), lunch and diner (multiple choices and very good). Everything is much appreciated.
This time, I met Sylvie from the front desk and she was so helpful regarding our various requests. She speaks English and also French which was perfect.
Thank you very much.
I can only recommend warmly this hotel for your stay.

Nice hotel all in all with excellent breakfast and spacious suite if you pay extra money for it. The executive lounge is on the third floor. The food choices are limited for the happy hours but the afternoon tea has some fruits, figure foods and a few soft drinks. Be very careful if you take a friend there for the tea and they may charge you for the guest drinking one tea bag earl gray which costed me 57 yuan equivalent to usd 8
