Comfortable stay in a very good location for visiting this interesting city.
Pros:

Location was great for easy access to most of the city by foot and trams if we wanted to go further.

Cons:

We had a room right by the reception area so it was rather noisy as the bedroom door didn't provide enough insulation. The breakfast area was rather poorly designed so you were in the way of other people when getting food. And there was only one coffee machine for all types of coffee so always a queue - they should have also had a stand with just ready-brewed black coffee for those who were happy with that.

We are travelling around the Basque region and this was a handy place to stay in Bilbao.
Pros:

Location was good, very handy for the old town/Casco Viejo, Bilbao. Staff were helpful. Room was clean. We wandered over to the Guggenheim Museum, which was nearby. It was also near to the train station for our next destination.

Cons:

Nothing really.

Nice spacious room in the central location of the city.
Pros:

Convenient central location close to train station and major places to visit. Very spacious and nice room. Courtyard to relax. Nice gym. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Modern design shower but I prefer the enclosed shower as I had to be careful not to splash the water.

Great location good size rooms
Pros:

Location was great. Breakfast very good. Room big and comfortable.

Cons:

Didn't get the triple room I booked with the step down area into the sleeping area which was quite disappointing. Was told only one of those and it was gone yet it was the one I booked on Booking.com.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt perfekt zur Erkundung der Stadt zu Fuß. Sowohl das Guggenheim Museum als auch die Markthallen können in unter einer halben Stunde erreicht werden.
Die Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind groß.
