Отлиный отель в центре Бильбао.
Pros:

Красивый, большой, светлый номер. Возможность оставить багаж до поселения и после выселения. Кофе, чай, розетки, туалет,вай-фай, диваны в зоне ожидания выезда из отеля. Отличный завтрак. Удобное расположение отеля вблизи от всех знаковых локаций и магазинов. Персонал владеет английским языком.

Cons:

Все хорошо, нет претензий.

Struttura consigliatissima per comfort, pulizia e posizione.
Pros:

Ho soggiornato nella camera tripla superior: stanza davvero spaziosa, pulizia quotidiana impeccabile e colazione soddisfacente. La posizione centrale è in assoluto il punto di forza dell'hotel, ideale per girare Bilbao.

Cons:

L'unico punto a sfavore è la disposizione della reception al secondo piano anziché al piano terra. Questo fa sì che ci si passi accanto solo per fare colazione, mentre per entrare e uscire si prende l'ascensore direttamente verso la camera. Di fatto il contatto con lo staff si riduce al check-in e check-out, rendendo l'ambiente un po' freddo e senza quella piacevole sintonia quotidiana con il personale. Se cercate massima privacy e volete evitare i convenevoli quotidiani, è letteralmente l'hotel perfetto!

Disappointing !

Cons:

We were assured beforehand by the hotel that there would be vegan options for us . There were not ! Although they refunded the breakfast money , we had to travel across town each day to get a breakfast . If we had known that they couldn’t provide a breakfast for us , they should have been honest in the first place and we would have chosen another hotel . We wasted a lot of time ! Also , the hotel does lack atmosphere and was like an office block behind the external prettier exterior . Very disappointing . Also rental bikes as soon as you get in the entrance . Not what we were expecting from a four star hotel . Will not recommend !

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Vom Hotel kann man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß die Altstadt erreichen.

Cons:

Leider bekamen wir nur ein Zimmer mit kleinem Fenster auf ein Wand gerichtet. Das Zimmer war dreieckig und vor dem kleinen Fenster war eine viereckige Säule, die den Raum noch mehr drückte. Wir wollten das Zimmer tauschen, was uns aber verwehrt wurde. Schade!

El desayuno bien provisto

Cons:

Que nos dieran una pieza con escalera en el interior, siendo que somos adultos mayores y habiendo reservado con mucha anticipacion. Esto nos obligó a cambiar de pieza al dia siguiente.

Recommend to anyone staying in Bilbao centre
Pros:

Everything was great, room, service and location. Breakfast was superb and fresh. My only issue, and it is a persoanl preference, they have uncomfortable pillows. I like down pillows.
