Pros:

De locatie was super. Vlakbij de metro en de pinxto barren. Ontbijt was lekker. En de parkeergarage was onder het gebouw. Ze legde ook goed uit hoe je erna toe moest rijden. En de receptie waren erg vriendelijk. Mooie ruime jamer met een goed bed

A very enjoyable stay despite the very painful fall.

Four steps just inside door led to a painful fall
There was no notice of such steps and no visible marking of the danger.

Fantastic place to stay!
Pros:

Everything was excellent! I would highly recommend and stay again. Room and bathroom were both spacious. A/c worked well. They offer free self-serve coffee in the lounge in the afternoon. Walking distance to many attractions.

Bra läge. Bra garage under hotellet. Trevlig personal i receptionen. Stort rum. Hann tyvärr inte testa frukosten.

Nice hotel in Bilbao
Pros:

Great location for walking around Bilbao. Lovely spacious room. Plenty of choice at breakfast.

Cons:

The fitness room was a bit hot and the only water available wasn't refigerated. Bar area was a bit confusing!
