Pros:

The location is great, walking distance to city center, old town and Guggenheim museum.
The breakfast was good, enough choices and delicious.
The room was spacious.

Cons:

The glass divider next to bathroom door is a major design mistake, during the night or early in the morning if a person uses the bathroom the other one is under heavy light coming through the glass panel.
The beds are soft, I do prefer harder beds, it is a choice.

En flott by som er verd både ett og flere besøk
Pros:

Nærheten til gamlebyen, til elven og til Guggenheim-muséet gir hotellet en, etter vår smak, perfekt beliggenhet. En mengde av steder hvor alt fra en enkel bevertning til festmåltider kan inntas, gjør Bilbao til et attraktivt reisemål.

Cons:

Klimaanlegget på rommet fungerte ikke slik vi gjerne hadde sett at det skulle gjøre, men fordi det var kjølig den tiden vi var i Bilbao, ble det ikke "ulidelig" varmt på rommet.

Parfaitement situé, accueillant et très confortable, cet hôtel nous a permis de profiter de Bilbao.
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Chambres spacieuses et très confortables. Petits-déjeuners copieux et variés. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le parking et la recharge électrique incluse de notre voiture.

Tolle Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden
Pros:

Die Lage war super und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr nüchtern. Bilder an den Wänden wären schön gewesen!

Cons:

Im Bad gibt es kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten. Zimmer sehr nüchtern ohne Deko

Pros:

Locatie was prima om de stad te bezoeken.

Cons:

Er was geen waterkoker op de kamer en geen airco.
Het ontbijt mocht iets meer variatie hebben.

Lovely stay in an ideal part of town, however room lacking storage
Pros:

Ideal location, clean and nice room

Cons:

Whilst the room was lovely there was zero draw space so had nowhere to store clothes etc.
Room very warm, no air con (probably time of year) no hot water one night and telephone did not work .

Pros:

Very good location. Good breakfast. Good size room.

Cons:

Glazed wall from toilet to bedroom makes the room light up if you need toilet during the night. Not a great design idea.

Μια αρκετά ικανοποιητική επιλογή που συνδυάζει άνεση και τοποθεσία
Pros:

Το πρωινο ήταν αρκετά πλούσιο με έμφαση και σε τοπικά προϊόντα. Το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά ζεστό και είχε μεγάλη διαφορά θερμοκρασίας με τον καιρό έξω. Μονή λύση ήταν το άνοιγμα των παραθύρων με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχει αρκετός θόρυβος καθώς το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται πάνω σε κεντρικό δρόμο. Η αίθουσα του πρωινού μικρή με αποτέλεσμα να συνοστιζεται κόσμος που θα τύχαινε να περιμένει για να καθίσει.
