Lovely family friendly hotel
Pros:

Hotel is nice, central with easy access to the Clarens square. Safe and secure parking - clean rooms, lovely breakfast.

Cons:

second day early morning there seem to have been a burst sewage pipe - the smell kept me up. reception seem to have not been aware of any work being done on the property that might have led to the smell.

The stay is good enough for transit not luxury
Pros:

The view from our room was great.

Cons:

The hotel did not have my room ready at check in time and told me to come back in an hour and asked me to pay even though I paid online already. The balcony in my room was very dirty. The rooms have very thin walls, you can hear everything from the passage and neighbouring rooms.

Misleading Pictures and Information
Pros:

The hotel and accommodation was really good, and location exceptionally and really beautiful.

Cons:

When I booked on BOOKING.COM I thought I was booking a room that had a private balcony, as it was shown in the pictures when I was making the booking. When I got to hotel, I was told that my suite did not come with a balcony, which was very disappointing as it was my anniversary and I told my wife I was getting a suite with a balcony. I think the pictures loaded for the room were very deceiving. I think clear instructions must be included to suggest that there are additional cost for a suite with a balcony and clearly given the options for the customer to chose what they want and to pay for it accordingly.
