The hotel is located right in the center of Clarens, making it very convenient to walk around the town, restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and understanding throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was also very enjoyable, and having the parking area directly downstairs made everything easy and convenient.
The heater in my room was not working properly and ended up blowing cold air throughout the night, which made the room quite uncomfortable.
Big comfortable bed, great views. The hotel is a walking distance from a lot of places in town.
Dirty lavatory walls in the room. Uncomfortable pillows and weird smelling duvet. Noise coming from ventilators. I was not really a big fan of their breakfast, although there was quite a few nice options to choose from
