Very good except for the room story, overall everything was exceptional.
Pros:

Yho the food and staff were superb, i liked the Oxtail more. wonderful. the breakfast was very good and delicious.

Cons:

I know and can attest that i have booked for a room with balcony but boom when i got there i got something else and i have tried to explain to the front lady but she kept on trying to convience me other wise but i let them be, you can clearly see that they preffered someone over me and gave them my room, i so not happy at all. but there was nothing i can do becouse i was told that all the balcony rooms are all taken, i asked the lady that the time i booked there was still lots of them available, clearly they took my room and gave it to the guys who was also there from Durban.

Was fun - would do again!
Pros:

The location was great - easy access to everything in Clarens!
Breakfast was 8/10 - small changes could be made to improve the egg station.

Short term it's a pleasant enough stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. The dinner, we had pizza, was delicious. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were very friendly, helpful and polite.

Cons:

We would have rather had an enclosed separate bathroom and not in the bedroom. The freshener sprayed in the toilet every half hour all night and very audible. The fragrance was not pleasant either.
