Great find in Venice
Pros:

Great location, convenient hotel. The rooms were comfortable and sizeable for two people. Breakfast was included which had great pastries and espresso options. There was a great restaurant across the walkway which we absolutely loved their food. Staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions and directions. Easy to reach from the Grand Canal dock and easy walk to the St. Mark’s Basilica/plaza and Doge Palace.

Posizione ottima, in pieno centro a pochissimi minuti da Piazza S.Marco. Camera accogliente e pulita, staff gentilissimo.

Cons:

Colazione a 15€ a persona al giorno, forse un pò tantino data la poca scelta di cibo.

The staff and the location were amazing.
Pros:

This is the best location. I don't think we could have found a better location. Quite but very close to the Grand Canal and other must do sites. The free breakfast and the courtyard were wonderful. Plus an evevator.

Cons:

There is mold in the bathroom. In the bathtub all around the grout. You can smell it. I want to take a bath and that's when I noticed how bad it was.
