Cons:

Our stay was marred by a very rude staff member who oversaw breakfast. When we checked in we were told breakfast was available until noon and if we wanted breakfast we could just let the breakfast host know. The next morning (having arrived late the night before) we awoke late arriving to breakfast about 20 minutes before noon. Knowing it was close to noon we weren't planning to stay long (maybe 20-25mins) and grab something quickly from the cold self-serve buffet. When we entered the room the host was immediately hostile. She did not greet us or even respond when we said we'd be having breakfast, never asked if we wanted coffee and for almost the entire time stood glaring at us in a hostile manner. She only brought coffee when, after sitting for almost 10 minutes, we asked if any was available. The only time she spoke to us was to remind us (at least 3 times) that everything closed at noon. We eventually left at 12:03. The second morning my daughter was unwell so we arrived to breakfast on the later side but again before noon (around 11:35) intending to eat quickly. The host hostilely confronted us demanding to know if we had “registered” for breakfast. My husband explained the manager said we could just let her know we wanted breakfast but she remained hostile. As it got closer to noon she told us quite angrily we needed to hurry as she had a job to go to and they had done us a favor by serving us yesterday. We were completely shocked. I have stayed at many hotels and never been told to leave a breakfast room because it was near the end of the breakfast time (or even a few minutes after). In fact, the breakfast hours normally refer to when you can receive breakfast not how long you can stay in the room after. The host was so hostile it made me wonder if there was something else about our group that bothered her. The response from the manager was entirely unsatisfactory. We received a tepid apology that felt dismissive at best. We will not stay here again.

Sehr gute Lage.
Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider durften wir nach dem Checkout das Gepäck nicht im Hotel lassen, da das Hotel für Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen wurde. Ich hätte mir hier von Hotelpersonal aktive Unterstützung und Alternativvorschläge erwartet, da das Hotel auf seiner Homepage Gepäckaufbewahrung als Serviceleistung anführt. Es wäre zB nett gewesen, wenn sie gegebenenfalls beim benachbarten Hotel angefragt hätten. So mussten wir uns selbst darum kümmern und hatten nicht nur den Zeitaufwand sondern auch noch zusätzliche Ausgaben iHv 12 Euro.

Pet-friendly, vista gondole e colazione infinita!
Pros:

L’Hotel Le Isole è stata una sorpresa fantastica, perfetto per chi ama Venezia senza fronzoli. L’accoglienza dello staff è stata calda e genuina, come un vero benvenuto lagunare, e hanno persino preparato la stanza prima dell’orario del check-in.
Posizione e comfort
La posizione è ideale, vicinissima a San Marco ma in una calle tranquilla con vista sul canale e gondole dalla finestra: la stanza aveva un arredamento bello in stile veneziano classico, con doccia spaziosa e minibar a prezzi accettabilissimi. Hanno accolto senza extra costi il mio cagnolino, una rarità a Venezia dove non tutti gli hotel sono pet-friendly. Check-out a mezzogiorno, comodo per godersi la città.
Prezzo e colazione
Prezzo molto buono per la qualità offerta, un affare vero. La colazione è stata ottima e dura un’eternità dalle 7 del mattino alle 12, con scelta varia e fresca. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti!

UBICACION EXCELENTE
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de la plaza San Marcos y de varios restaurantes. Y fácil de llegar desde la parada de San Zacarias.

Cons:

Nada en particular. No puedo evaluar el desayuno porque no lo pedimos, pero el precio del mismo es muy competitivo.

Pros:

Este hotel atendeu muito bem as noissas expectativas. Foi o melhor da minha viagem na toscana. Ponto otimo, localizacao central e nao se escuta barulho. É bem proximo da Sao Marcos e do ponto de taxi boat e bus boat. O quarto era bem grande para 4 familiares. O cafe excelente.
