An excellent hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Really excellent location. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was quiet, but would have been noisy if there had been anything going on in the square below.

Cons:

Small details let it down. No milk in the room, cardboard cups and wooden spatulas not good for a hotel in this price bracket. Shower cubicle was a bit cramped. I don’t like basement breakfast rooms… and the orange juice was really horrible. No catering facilities in the hotel until 5pm.

위치~팔레르모 여행에 최적위치 ㆍ 두오모까지 걸어서 약 15분ㆍ 너무 복잡한 콰트로칸티 같은 구시가에서 조금 떨어진 깔끔한 곳에 위치 ㆍ구시가까지 큰길따라 쉽게 이동 가능합니다
공항에서 팔레르모 셔틀버스 타면 공항버스 정류장이 바로 호텔 앞 입니다 ㆍ 비행기로 오면 공항에서 셔틀 버스타고 호텔 가세요ㆍ
조식~7시부터 조식 시작하는데 역시 4성급답게 훌륭합니다 ㆍ 과일도 많습니다
방~넓고 좋습니다 ㆍ 엘레베이터 있어요
직원들 친절합니다. 다시 팔레르모 온다면 이 호텔 선택할것 같아요 ㆍ 한국인 여러분 팔레르모 여행 한다면 이 호텔 가세요 ㆍ

Reservamos una habitación doble y nos pusieron en una individual reconvertida

La ubicación es perfecta cerca de la parada de bus del aeropuerto (6 € frente a 60 € del taxi)

Nos dieron la habitación a las 12 cuando llegamos

¿Cuál será el siguiente paso, dejar la habitación a las 08:00?
Por 225 € nos alojaron a dos personas en una habitación individual de tamaño minúsculo (aunque de cama 150 cm de ancho). No protesté porque era para sólo una noche y me vino bien tener la habitación desde las 12:00.
En estancias anteriores en este hotel me alojé en habitaciones dobles por un precio bastante más razonable

Tolles Quartier, erstklassige Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels, das Frühstück und das Personal sind phänomenal - auch bei unserem vierten Aufenthalt seit 2023 dort. Wir werden wiederkommen, für uns die Erste Adresse in Palermo‼️

Die Dusche ist sehr eng und sehr undicht, leider‼️

Tout était très bien. Parfaitement situé en plein centre, les chambres etaient propres et bien isolées.
Pros:

- Parfaitement situé
- Le personnel très aimable
- Petit-déjeuner exceptionnel
- Nous sommes arrivé en avance les chambres n étaient pas prêtes mais nous avons pu déposer nos bagages. Quand nous sommes revenus plus tard les chambres étaient prêtes et les bagages déjà dans les chambres. C’est ce genre de petites attentions qui font la différence.

Cons:

- Relativement cher mais cela est probablement dû à l’emplacement idéal en plein centre

Fabulous roof top restaurant. That topped off my stay in Palermo.

My 1st room did not have air conditioning that worked. However, the concierge was very kind and switched my room~ larger with working air conditioning.

Great location for seeing Palermo
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect being so close to everything. The room were very clean and the beds also quite comfortable.

Cons:

Sadly, the air conditioning did not appear to work at all. We requested a standing fan as the warm room made it difficult to sleep.

OTTIMA SCELTA PER VISITARE PALERMO E DINTORNI
Pros:

Posizione eccellente, al margine della zona storica pedonale: l'ideale per visitare la città.
Impossibile trovare parcheggio auto ma l’hotel offre (a pagamento) un efficiente servizio di autorimessa.

La camera era ampia, comoda e pulita
Ampia e comoda anche la hall; servizio alla reception molto cortese

Colazione veramente eccellente con anche numerose proposte di pasticceria siciliala; inoltre il servizio di sala è stato molto attento e cortese.
