It’s outstanding! From the moment we arrived and our room and cards were waiting with the nicest front desk team! I was so impressed. I’ve worked in the Delta/Fairmont chain in Canada - and I was still so impressed! The rooms were spotless and I am very fussy. The young lady cleaning rooms was apologizing because we dropped back to our room (this was mid week) and our room wasn’t cleaned yet (it was still early). The location was magnificent - safe, fun and close to everything. I didn’t think I needed so many days in Palermo but when you’re in the heart of it, you can find so much to do . I should mention that in our 20 days in Malta and Sicily (numerous hotels), this truly felt like home, without the snow! Well done!!

L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé au centre de la ville et des activités. Le petit-déjeuner étaient parfait pour commencer la journée. Le lit est hyper confortable. Les produits hygiéniques offerts sentent super bons !

Un peu bruyant du côté de la rue principale, mais avec de bons bouchons on peut quand même bien dormir.

otima estadia em Palermo em um hotel agradavel e bem posicionado na cidade.
Pros:

Localização muito boa, perto de restaurantes, da Via Maqueda e principais pontos turisticos. O cafe da manhã é muito variado e de muito bom gosto. O quarto é confortavel, a tv muito boa, com geladeira, cofre etc. As amenidades do banheiro também atendem muito bem. A equipe é extramente cordial e prestativa, atendendo muito bem minhas demandas.

Muito pouco o que não gostei: a ventilação reversa do banheiro nao funcionava.

Miałem wrażenie, że pokój był 1 osobowy ze względu, że nie było nawet gniazdka po 1 stronie łóżka. Ponadto pokój bardzo ciemny i fatalny widok z okna, a raczej jego brak.
