Gute Lage für Ausflüge, freundliches Personal, hervorragende Tiefgarage

Cons:

Fernseher mit Apps wie YouTube usw., wie es heute häufig Standard ist, wäre noch wünschenswert. Und bei 2 Personen im Zimmer noch einen 2. Stuhl zu haben, wäre praktisch.

Me gustó mucho que fuera bastante amplia la habitación y el baño. La cama tenía unas dimensiones grandes, cosa que se agradece.

Great Value, Comfortable, Building Needs Some Maintenance
Pros:

The building is modern and comfortable. The rooms have clean lines and simple furniture, no art, no frills, but still everything you might need like USB ports and a refrigerator and good linens. The room we ended up with was lovely with great water pressure and hot water in the shower. The front desk people were outstanding and kind.

Cons:

The building needs some maintenance. When you first walk in there are public toilets on the right with the door open and a slight sewage smell. It's a rough way to start! Our first room reeked of smoke, so we had to change rooms. Our second room had an air-conditioner drain leak so there was water dripping all over the floor. The front desk was very kind and amenable and they gave us a very nice extra-large room for all the trouble, and it was great! It was a little dark, but I don't mind that at all. Note that you cannot turn the AC below 21º, so if you like a colder room you'll have to wait for the winter. Indoor secured parking was €13 but we found ample street parking across the street and it was fine for our purposes. There's not a lot to eat in the area (Foster's Hollywood is around the corner) but we we liked Cafe Maria for an authentic Spanish meal. You'll need a car to get to the beaches or Gibraltar, but it's only about 20 minutes away.

Decepcionante
Pros:

La ubicación nos resulto bastante cómoda para este viaje, el personal fue relativamente amable y el alojamiento se veía bastante limpio.
El desayuno bien, sin más.

Cons:

Es un alojamiento antiguo, que no ha sido bien mantenido con el tiempo. Las habitaciones (reservamos 2) tenían olor a humedad. El sistema de aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente. No había cojines.
No había los típicos amenities de baño de los 4 estrellas que frecuentamos normalmente.
Elegimos este hotel, por sobre otras recomendaciones que nos hicieron, principalmente por la buena reputación histórica de la cadena NH y nos hemos decepcionado bastante.
No lo recomendaría.

Não tivemos nada positivo no hotel

* Perto de supermercados
* Perto de restaurantes e do centro Palmones
* Perto da praia
* Salão de jogos ao lado

Cons:

* As camas eram desconfortáveis, o colchão era rijo, os lençóis estavam sujos e rotos
* As camas/colchões deviam ter algum tipo de bichos que todos os dias acordávamos com bolhas de picadas e por causa disso fomos parar ao hospital com uma bolha enorme na perna
* O dispensador do condicionador estava praticamente vazio quando chegamos e nunca foi reposto durante a estadia
* O quarto não foi o reservado (não tinha banheira e duche como na reserva) e ao questionar na receção disseram que as imagens estavam erradas porque só havia com banheira ou base, não existia com os dois
* A vista do quarto era para outras janelas do hotel
* Não dava para abrir a janela devido ao silicone que tinha em volta
* Só um lado da cama tinha tomadas
* Internet muito fraca
* O piso não estava nas melhores condições
