Angenehmes Hotel mit Restaurant direkt am Themse-Ufer
Pros:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Angenehmes Zimmer, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, schöne Location für Nachtessen und Frühstück direkt am Ufer der Themse.

Cons:

Wir haben nichts auszusetzen.

Nice but needs aircon in bedrooms
Pros:

Nice position by the river and a nice relaxed vibe with good restaurant area. Food is ok, an average menu I would say. Breakfast menu is good. Staff in the restaurant are lovely. Nice room with good en-suite.

Cons:

We’ve stayed twice now. This place needs aircon in the bedrooms.
Partic rooms 11 and 12 ( my only experience) these seem to be above the kitchen in the main house and are unbearably hot in summer and too hot when we stayed in November. Two large fans were provided so the they know there is a problem ….and they don’t help much.
According to staff there are no plans for aircon so we will stay elsewhere next time we come to the area. Shame
Allowing dogs on chairs in bar is poor too although I blame the dog owners.

Pros:

The little kids area in the bedroom was really cool. Nice big room too.

Cons:

It was during the heatwave and all windows had been closed so the room was stifling hot. Fans were put in the room but it was just circulating hot air. It was hotter in the room than outside. We arrived very late with children which was very uncomfortable. Windows should have been left open to allow some air circulation at least.

Pros:

The hotel is set in beautiful grounds on the edge of the river which give you a great opportunity to take some fantastic photos.
The hotel itself is very modern very clean and very spacious.
We stayed in a room in one of the out houses away from the main hotel which was more like an apartment than a room.
It's very cosy and has everything you would expect.
The bath was the largest and deepest bath I have ever seen in a hotel it was fantastic.
The staff are all very helpful and friendly.
We have stayed here before and will definitely be staying again.

Cons:

If there is one thing I didn't like about this hotel it is that the car park is open to anyone that is using the hotel restaurant or just stopping in for a drink.
I think they need to create a parking area solely for people staying at the hotel because to be fair if your paying £200 per night it doesn't seem right to have to park your car a mile away and lug your bags to the hotel.

Beautiful spot, professional service.
Pros:

Ideally placed for visiting family, we also went to Windsor Castle from here. Plenty of parking. Generous twin room with comfortable beds and sofa/chairs. Large fridge for a hotel. Great shower and toiletries.
Good access to the riverside walk.

Cons:

A little traffic noise in the morning. The rooms were over warm despite the fans, unless the curtains were fully drawn.
