The location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

We were early so we tried to store our luggage at the hotel. The woman who cleans the room was very against that idea and made us feel very uncomfortable. We took our luggage over to Acadia and they were gracious and kind and let us store our luggage there until check-in.
We were also under the impression that there was some kind of a continental breakfast available but there was nothing.
The beds were extremely comfortable but the rest of the furnishings and the ceiling and door moldings needed some attention.

Pros:

Emplacement, bien situé, près de la Terrasse Dufferin! Chambre propre, c’est bien. Déjeuner très bon, beaucoup de choix, merci!

Cons:

La lumière de la salle de bain fonctionne seulement avec le ventilateur quand on l’allume et ça fait un gros bruit, c’est à considérer svp,merci!

No receptionist. No help to carry luggage by stairs up to 4th floor. No elevator. Lavatory in bedroom. Wall repaints looked ugly. Broken faucets. Burned light bulbs. Cheap fixes and refurbishments. Small window facing inner parking. Open hole in floor. Customer service by telephone, not in person. Noisy AC unit. Our request to be changed to a decent room as advertised was not possible for one night stay. Cancellation or refund if finding another hotel got declined.
