Si nous y retournons, nous prévoirons certaines choses pour le séjour mettons.
Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait pour aller se promener dans le vieux Québec.
Assez grand pour une famille de 4 dont 2 adultes et 2 ados.

Cons:

Pas personne a l'entrée nous a causé des désagréments. Le ménage de la chambre n'était pas terminé (guenille du ménage qui traîne sur le comptoir de la salle de bain, pas de papier de toilette).

Great location for basic accommodations. No front desk personnel to help with questions.
Pros:

Great location. Very clean. Room was comfortable and good sized with a separate living room.

Cons:

Pictures depicted the suite we stayed in as being more upscale. There is no desk clerk on duty. We had to call the number provided on the door to get into the hotel and went to another nearby hotel for check-in and vehicle registration.

Nous n'y retournerons pas et nous attentons toujours notre remboursement de 30% en argent.

L'emplacement et le personnel qui a géré une situation très désagréable.

Cons:

Notre chambre n'était pas prête. Le temps d'attente était trop long. C'était chaotique à l'accueil. Nous avons été mal guidés pour le stationnement.

We were very satisfied with our stay and enjoyed the hotel as a family.
Pros:

The atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful.
It was a lovely room and a perfect fit for our first trip to Quebec.

Cons:

Rather than something we disliked, one thing may not have been clearly communicated to guests.
The security door at the entrance was often left unlocked and open.
It might be worth checking the door condition and ensuring proper communication about security.

Great location & comfortable room with all basic needs at affordable price.

Cons:

Entrance with code i didnt receive. Calling connects to robot. Nowhere to securely drop off keys & card on check-out.

Bravo Hotel Ermitage!!
Pros:

I booked on our way from Ottawa to Quebec City. We wanted to stay in Old Quebec. This location appealed to me & did not disappoint. Checking in process was easy. I called back twice. Phone answered on the first or second ring. Parking was arranged through Etienne across the street at Hotel Acadia. He literally walked over with us & showed us where to park. He also recommended Bar Ste-Angele, a little jazz bar down the street & around the corner. Great fun! Good prices.

Cons:

I can’t think of an improvement for this location. The room was clean, especially the bathroom. The TV had offerings in English. Bed & bedding were very comfortable. The rate was so good that my sister & I each had our own rooms. Bonus!! Very close to shops & a terrific creperie, “Au Petit Coin Breton.”

Notre séjour à l'hôtel ACADIA a été agréable. Chambre propre et confortable quoique mal insonorisée

Nous n'avons finalement pas séjourné à l'hôtel L'Hermitage pcq mauvaise gestion de cet hôtel. On nous demande de nous présenter à 15 heures et il n'y a personne pour nous accueillir. C'est un client qui nous ouvre la porte et il n'y a personne à l'accueil. Un feuille sur le comptoir nous propose de téléphoner à un certain numéro et on nous dit que la chambre n'est pas prête, qu'il fallait plutôt nous présenter à 16 heures. Une responsable de l'Hôtel ACADIA se présente finalement et nous invite à l'accompagner à cet hôtel en attendant. Après lui avoir présenté toute notre frustration, elle nous propose un chambre à cet hôtel en y ajoutant un montant de 100$ ce que nous acceptons finalement parce que cet hôtel est bcp plus agréable.
