Lage und Frühstück top, eher hochpreisig
Pros:

Fussläufig zum Bahnhof und mitten in der Stadt.
Frühstück bietet alles was man sich wünschen kann, super!

Cons:

Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, dank Klimaanlage aber soweit o.k.
Teppichboden ist generell unhygienisch.
Zimmerservice gibt es angeblich aus Gründen des Klimaschutzes erst nach 3 Nächten.
Frische Handtücher wären aber angebracht, da sie nicht trocknen.
Bei dem doch eher hohen Preis wäre das doch zu erwarten.

Die Lage, Tiefgarage. Suite hell, sauber, komfortabel.
Frühstücksraum sehr gemütlich, Buffet super.
Wir waren zum 2.Mal im H4. Werden gerne wieder kommen.
Einzig würden wir uns eine Lounge mit Möglichkeit zum gemütlichen Beisammensein an Tischen, mit Snacks und Getränken wünschen. Dies wäre nett.

viele Möbel sind defekt; ein Sessel in der Suite, der im letzten Jahr noch vorhanden war, fehlte; Teppichboden sehr schmutzig; Terrassenmöbel defekt und insgesamt sehr schmutzig; digitales Einchecken, digitales Auschecken, Rechnung kommt per Mail, Housekeeping per App - faktisch Null-Gäste-Kontakt: ist das noch Hotellerie?

Pros:

Das Zimmer war der absolute Hammer, sowas hatten wir wirklich selten. Groß, geräumig, hroßes Bad.

Und pro Bett 2 Kissen, da geht mir ja eh das Herz auf.
Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Da war echt für jeden was dabei.

Also alles in allem perfekter Aufenthalt. Danke H4!!

Pros:

Das Hotel ist auf 2 Gebäude aufgeteilt. Wir waren im Nebengebäude. Rezeption und Frühstück gab es im Haupthaus. Eine Verbindung ohne auf die Strasse zu müssen, wäre nur über die öffentliche Tiefgarage möglich. Weg zum Haupthaus ca. 50 Meter in der Fußgängerzone.
Zimmer und Badezimmer sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Frühstück war sehr gut.
Lage für einen Städtetripp top, da sehr zentral.
