Emerald Hotel Pristina, Kosovo

Väldigt trevligt och proffsigt bemötande i reception. Miljön när man kommer in till hotellet är väldigt fin. Rummet är fantastiskt snyggt och man blir glad när man öppnar dörren in till rummet och möts av en snygg inredning och en otroligt skön säng.

Great hotel, good location, nice and polite staff, room clean and spacious, bathroom clean and supply with all you need (maybe you can add toothpaste and toothbrush 😊), very delicious and fresh food, and the best spa I ever visit in 5*hotel! I will come again! 🍀

Beautiful hotel about 15mins drive to the centre of Prishtina. The room was big and had all the luxury amenities you required through the stay. The food & beverage offering was outstanding, with breakfast a massive spread of dishes hot and cold. The service was excellent and all the staff could not do anything more to help you with anything you needed during the stay. The spa facilities downstairs are world class with indoor pool, jacuzzi's, sauna, steam room etc. Didn't get a chance to use the gym but from friends were told is is great. Highly recommended and great value for money. Will definitely return next time I visit Kosovo.

We are staying at the hotel now and chose it due to the swimming pool. It is a nice hotel but not 5 star standard. Simple things like no drinking water in the rooms, replenishing the coffee, lack of coat hangers etc. could be quick wins to improve the stay.
The staff at the front desk seem confused most of the time.
The breakfast is great and the pool area is nice (although busy at weekends and took time to get sun beds which surprisingly the hotel guests didn’t get priority over external people using the pool). No information about this was provided at check in.

Have come to this hotel facilities numerous of times and the service has always been great. But today has really shown a different side to this management at the outdoors swimming pool where a member of staff was very rude and even had the cheeck to swear at my sister and my family of 9 pupils. Its a shame he started working shortly after and even in and around me which was quite intimidating. Will not come here again as i believe they do not take their business seriously.

I had the pleasure of visiting Kosovo to speak at a conference, and stayed at the Emerald.

Regular readers will know that I am not normally someone that gives our great ratings to be generous – I just don’t think that’s useful for readers if they’re not aware of potential downsides. But I literally could not find anything wrong with this place. (I mean, the traffic in Prishtina is fun, but that’s not the hotel’s fault).

More than that, there are several plus points. The staff were fantastic – uniformly helpful and attentive even when I was being daft, and with better English than mine. The hotel has some great facilities – the business conference was on site – and a great couple of bars and even a fab looking pool (sadly I had not bought my trunks). The room was a generous size – at least a queen bed, as well as a desk and sofa – the wifi worked better than many other places I’ve been (Saudi, I am thinking of you), and although there wasn’t an ironing board in the room, it arrived with record speed when I asked for it.

Honestly, I just really liked this place. It’s a short hop into the City centre as well (albeit not always a quick one! 😊 ) and well placed for the airport too. I hope I get to go back again.

Terrible, wanted to us e the outdoor swimming pool. I called the day before asking if there is need for a reservation, they told me no there is no need as there is enough space. I went the next day and they told me the are full. Bearing in mind this is apparently the best hotel in Kosovo, the service is was terrible, i travelled 1 hour to go here.

I lived 3 weeks in this hotel and all the personnel and services have been excellent. the place is nice and tidy and very well equipped. super the gym and the spa. I also played tennis and they provided alk the necessary... all the people there are super kind. thank you guys !!!

The Emerald is a big modern business hotel in Pristina.
Pristina city center is about 20 minutes by car (depending on traffic).
Check in is efficient. I had an Executive room on the second floor, the room was spacious and clean. Good WiFi and aircon.
Breakfast is very good with variety of local and international delicacies.
The staff are trained to a high standard, very friendly, competent and helpful.
A definite recommendation!

The hotel is located just outside Prishtina, a couple of minutes drive from central town.

In itself is a new building with glamorous looks that shows its presence from far. Lobby is quite big and airy and with a lot of marble shinning around you. It serves the purpose to accommodate hotel customers as well as other persons that come to enjoy the atmosphere as well as a nice place for meetings.
Rooms are quite spacious and very comfortable with modern amenities and furniture. The rooms as the entire hotel in general is very warm although the temperatures outside were freezing cold. Modern bathroom with all the perks and jingles associated with it, bathrobes, slippers, all way to the minute details.
Bed, pillows and duvet were very comfortable as well.
We had breakfast in the restaurant next to the lobby and the selection of foods is quite extensive and very tasty.
Now going to the things that need to be taken care of there aren't many but still they need not be overlooked. Furniture in the rooms is starting to give away and needs repairs, here and there there were chips and dents. Carpets need to be cleaned thoroughly both in the room and in the hallways. There were some light fixtures in the hallway that were not to their full capacity :-).
Overall I would highly recommend if one is travelling by car or you can even take a taxi to downtown Prishtina as it wouldn't take long and is quite cheap.

You would need a car if holidaying here, as outside the town centre. Don’t worry though Avis Car hire is just over the road.
The staff were lovely through out. During my stay there was the national football team, a conference from Romania and the prime minster, quite the mix of guests. Despite being full, I pretty much had the pool and restaurant to myself when ever o went.
The lady on breakfast was fabulous and her English was brilliant, she brightened my mornings. The spa facilities were excellent, so many things to pick from.
Only room for improvement would be the lack of bus boy, I saw myself to my room, which did mean I started a little confused by all the switches and key holder. The cleaner helped me though, so soon up and running ☺️

Excellent 5 star hotel . I have stayed here with my daughter and honestly we really enjoyed . Beautiful lobby with refreshments and very friendly staff makes you feel home. The room was lovely, super clean and with most comfortable bed that I have ever slept on:) . The pillows are OMG, you feel to stay there forever:)
Spotlessly clean fine restaurant on the 5th floor is must visit while you staying here. You should try their amazing 3-5 course chief special menu for dinner .I ate the best cooked salmon. The waiter staff is so nice and professional . The Spa is huge with swimming indoor and outdoor pools, sauna , jacuzzi and thai Massage . The breakfast is excellent, don’t miss it. And we felt special from the beginning till the end.

Alright place, but i would not recommend this place to people who want a quite place at the pool. There is to many kids screaming, and the kids splash with water which makes the pool area a bad place to stay on vacation. Since there is 3 pools, i Think it would be a good idea to separate the kids/familys from adults.

I was very happy and satisfied with Emerald Hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. In particular, I would like to thank the young gentleman who was at the reception desk when I checked out Wednesday morning at 7:30 a.m.. I forgot his name. However, I do remember that the meaning of his name was “generous” in English.

Was traveling for business and stayed at Emerald hotel it was far away form the city center but loved the pool and everything about this Hotel . The Restaurant had great food and service was great highly recommend!
