Amazing experience
Pros:

The hotel is spotless, staff are constantly cleaning the pool areas. There were plenty of sun loungers available, and we never saw any litter or unfolded towels left behind on sunloungers.

Breakfast is a good mix between continental and some traditional options. All staff were friendly and professional. Food and drinks around the pool were excellent. Prices are a on the higher end in comparison to some other hotels in the area, but the quality and experience justify it.

The atmosphere was calm and relaxed, with respectful guests and no rowdy behaviour. The rooms were modern and immaculate, housekeeping was excellent, and we slept very well.

The spa is beautiful, spacious and has plenty of facilities. The location is good, with inexpensive local taxis readily available. Emerald is worth the higher price and I would happily return.

Super nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich, jedoch der Kaffee nicht sehr gut aber das ist geschmackssache.

Pros:

wahnsinns frühstück buffet (auch für mich als Veganerin), toller spa bereich, mit Sauna, Pools und Gym. Parkplätze kostenfrei vorhanden, tolles Zimmer und aussicht im 7.Stock , sehr ruhig, Whirlpool auf den Zimmer, Wasserkocher, Tee etc auf dem Zimmer, bischen ausserhalb des Stadt an der Autobahn

Cons:

eins der wenigen male dass mir wirklich nichts negatives einfällt :-) vielleicht, dass die Stadt nicht so intressant ist, aber das hat ja nichts mit den Hotel zu tun.

Fantastic receptionists, gym, pool and hotel
Pros:

I love the receptionists! They gave me an early checkin and 1 hour later checkout, even though they were fully booked. I was also upgraded to a small suite with a huge balcony. Thank you very much.
Breakfast was great as always!
The gym and pool amazing! Complimentary water at the gym.

Cons:

I regret to say it but the staff at the pool was still not so good. The forgot my order 2 times and didn't even apologize.

Pros:

Die gesamte Ausstattung vom Empfang, Lobby bis zum Zimmer und das aussergewöhnlich grosse Gym sowie hervorragend schöne Wellness Spa Bereich. Das Frühstücksbüffet hate eine sehr grosse Auswahl und das Personal insgesamt im ganzen Hotel war äusserst aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.
Ich werde definitiv wider dort buchen.

Cons:

Gibt nichts zu erwähnen - alles hat meinen Erwartungen übertroffen

Will definitely be back.
Pros:

Loved our stay here! The hotel was very comfortable and the room was clean, spacious, and cozy. The breakfast was great, with lots of different options to choose. The location was nice and quiet, which we really appreciated, and having parking included was a big plus. The staff were all very friendly.
I come to Prishtina quite often and can't believe this was my first time staying here.
