Einfach toll.
Pros:

Es ist eine wunderschöne Anlage, die sehr sauber und gepflegt ist. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Unser Zimmer war einfach perfekt. Sehr exklusiv mit Eingang zum privaten Pool direkt von der grossen Dusche aus. Inmitten des grossen Badezimmers mit zwei separaten Waschbecken stand eine tolle Badewanne, was alles noch exklusiver erscheinen lies.
Der Zimmerdienst kam mindestens zweimal täglich und war sehr freundlich. Ausserdem haben wir den Wäscheservice in Anspruch genommen. Alles verlief reibungslos und schnell.
Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel.
Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und lecker. Es ist immer etwas besonderes, wenn Champagner zum Frühstück offeriert wird.

Almost great.
Pros:

Staff are brilliant. Large comfortable room but a bit tired.

Cons:

The noisy maintenance works at 12:30 am which woke us up and then the manager lying to us saying there was a flood, not apologizing and saying ‘I wasn’t here’. Unbelievable for a five star hotel.
Breakfast was not five star.

Mixed Experience.
Pros:

Very nice rooms. Nice reception staff great breakfast.

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience. I am allergic to and avoid strong air fresheners and room perfumes that hotels frequently use.

Prior to arrival I made a specific quest to not fumigate my room. But when we got to the room, the smell of air fresheners was so strong, I almost vomited. To make matters worse, the air conditioning wasn’t on in the room, so it must’ve been more than 32°. They turned on the air and the staff said “it will probably take 30 minutes for it to cool down“ so now the room becomes unusable both because it was too hot and because of the noxious smell.

So we left for three hours. I told the front desk staff that the next day to tell housekeeping to not use air fresheners. Well, when I came back to the room, it was obvious that they used air fresheners again. The housekeeper was summoned to the room, and she insisted that the smell was “maybe because of the perfume of one of the staff that visited your room“ I still couldn’t use the room for three hours.
No follow up from reception. I wrote the hotel an email after my stay telling him about the problem and I did not get a reply. It seems they create problems, they don’t fix problems and they don’t recover from the problems.

Also, if you’re looking for a nice beach destination, this is not yet. The beaches in that area are filthy with sediment, trash and manure from the horses that they walk up and down the beach. I think it’s one of the worst beaches in Thailand.

Top floor view was nice, very convenient location, staff very friendly, hotel area well designed and comfortable
