The picture your showing is not the one I was sent to There was no Internet, no pool, pet- area was terrible, no ice, one of the desk help was rude over continental breakfast, right next to train track, very loud, pillows were very uncomfortable will never stay at another La Quinta it advertised pool and free wifi and pet-area did not reveal they had had bed bugs prior to my booking did not have hardly anything but Spanish on most of tv that I could get another experience like this I will never book through booking.com again.
Disappointed that the elevator has been out last 2 times we’ve stayed there.
All was good and accomodation done the job.
Issues at breakfast, coffee finished, eggs finished.. and that was not a super annoyance for me.
Room service and brunch was great
Nothing
Its private own. Breakfast was disgusting and room nothing like the others La Quinta I have stayed in. Bed was very uncomfortable woke up with a neck and back ache.
Nice variety
Lock on our door was broken
Staff was nice, friendly and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a nice work area and comfortable office chair where I worked on paperwork for a good while.
I was on the 1st floor so I don't know if this was just a freak coincidence or what, but I wish I would have had a pitch counter and kept count of the slamming door(s) ALL night. And if that wasn't enough, I assumed there must have been a weight room directly above me because it sounded like someone was dropping dumbbells on the floor. What a night. Ear plugs would have been nice.
The elevators weren’t working except for manual mode… meaning we had to call every time we needed them. The 2nd floor where we stayed y smelled badly of garbage/fish. It was quiet and comfortable though. The room was clean but small.
Nice people
Very clean
Courtesy, our room was ready, the staff, o and the waffles 🧇 were delicious 😋
The elevators weren't working 😕, the stairs smell hummed, had trouble heating the bagels at breakfast , bath tub didn't had matt to prevent from sliding 🤔
Easily accessible.
Elevator was not working unless they took you up and down in it. So had to have help just to use it. Half eaten crackers left on the floor in the room. I got
In late and went straight to bed and didn't notice the room hadn't been fully cleaned.
Not much the front desk person was the best thing about this overall experience. Big parking lot.
Everything i compared prices for the following day and was 70 dollars cheaper. Trash under the bed cobwebs in the room, damp floor, stained blankets, pee smell in the hallway, elevators didnt work, toilet running constantly, grime on the nightstand. Confusion with 2 la quintas in the same parking lot. Never staying at a la quinta again. nothing in this is exaggerated i never leave reviews but i felt compelled to helping others avoid this hellhole.
Bed was comfortable and it was quiet
There was a gap beside the sink area that had a used bottle and a rubber band left in the corner. Inside the bathroom door was dirty. The freezer was frosted up. The elevator could only be operated by staff and the desk person had to go do it every time up or down as we were on the third floor. They said it had been messed up for a year or so off and on. It was hard to get to off the interstate. There were 2 la quintas there right by each other. (Strange) the other one where the elevator did work was $35 more. No senior or any other discounts for either. I usually find these good to stay. Disappointed.
Love everything other than the elevator not working hopefully it's fixed in my next stay
Elevator not working
breakfast was great
nothing
