A fantastic, clean, modern hotel with small attention to details. Very clean. Quiet and relaxed. Amazing staff at front reception who were always so helpful and kind to us. Drinks were exceptional and try the burgers. The free canopy Sunbeds were also an added bonus.

Muy buen lugar
Ik was heel tevreden van mijn verblijf. Ontbijt was lekker, vers en werd heel snel aangevuld waar nodig. Ik zag ook het personeel elke ochtend het zwembad schoonmaken, wat ik geweldig vond. Er wordt heel veel aandacht besteed aan hygiëne.
Onder de bedden mag ook wel eens geveegd worden, er lag heel veel stof. Verder niets op te merken.
Soms eens wat lawaai in de gangen door andere gasten.

- We didnt liked the location of the hotel and the neighbourhood, but this might be personal.
- Seems more like an upgraded hostel, not a 4* hotel. There are 3* hotels in IBZ that are much better in price, quality and service than this "hostel"
- We paid 150€ deposit + 2x 20€ towel deposit that you will get back on your card 2 weeks after you've checked out they told us. Exactly 1 month after arriving home, the money was released (30 days!!) So please check your terms and conditions! I've called my bank and they told me the hotel will release it after 1 month for you. 9th time in Ibiza for us, never experienced that before.
- When checking in the hotel we paid our room double, booking charged us and they charged us again at the reception. This can happen by mistake, for sure! But Customer service from the hotel after we got back home, to get our money back, very poor 👎🏻 We did not get an answer within 4 weeks after their first reaction from Pamela , she just ignored our messages. So we contacted booking and luckily they could fix it and we got our money back from them as they didnt answered to booking neither. What a shame this hotel is... But, Booking.com top service and customer caring 10/10!
In august we'll be back in IBZ for our 10th time. For sure they'll never see us back here! Would't recommand this hotel to anyone!
Lovely accommodation, has everything you need. The staff are amazing and really friendly. You are right enar amazing beaches but also not too far from the hustle and bustle from san antonio, you can walk 30min or get a bus from right in front of the hotel. It has lovely pool and lovely breakfast.
The shower is lovely but the one in our bedroom caused the bathroom to basically flood everyday, we didn’t bother changing rooms because we only stayed for 3days and got our rooms cleaned daily so not a big deal.
