La chambre était super grande et spacieuse
Le jet de la douche n’était pas assez puissant et compliqué de gérer la température de l’eau + bruit d’un appareil dérangeant sur le toit juste au dessus de la chambre

El hotel nos sorpredio gratamente, se nota que es un hotel nuevo, la decoracion es una pasada, la recepcion y la barra del bar, restaurante 666 estan pegadas. La piscina y su zona nos encanto, tenia hamakas de plastico en el agua, una zona de agua de poquita profundidad y luego la piscina normal para nadar, hay hamakas, camas balinesas, puff, hamacas colgantes... la decoracion del estudio nos cautivo especialmente: armarios hechos con maletas de equipos de musica, barra igual, campana extractora y nevera pequeña pero super moderna. Las mesillas super chulas y un telefono y radio antiguo le da un toque genial. Ademas la cama y las almohadas fueron super comodas, yo suelo dormir mal la primera noche cuando cambio de cama y aqui dormi del tiron sin enterrarme.
Las burguer del restaurante super ricas y las patatas tb, ademas hacen promociones 2x1 depende el dia. El personal muy majo, sobretodo Samuel con el que estuvimos charlando un rato.
Por poner alguna pega pondria las escaleras de recepcion a los ascensores y el parking que no tiene y aparcar por los alrededores esta complicado. Tambien recomiendo pedir alguna plaza de discapacidad en la puerta del hotel.

La atención pésima. Y encima tienes que dar un depósito de 150 € cuando ya has pagado la habitación por adelantado y te dicen que te lo abonarán los 150 € dentro de 14 días no lo entiendo no voy más a este Hotel. No lo recomiendo
L,accueil, propreté et calme
La ubicación muy buena, el desayuno muy bueno y la decoración del hotel muy moderna. El personal muy amable.
Había ruido por la noche de otros huéspedes que venían de fiesta. La habitación a pesar de la bonita decoración es muy básica, no tiene nada más que un gel.
Struttura nuova e moderna, nelle camere ci sono oggetti di design. Piscina molto carina. Struttura frequentata da molti ragazzi giovani.
Bar molto caro, la colazione costa 20€ a persona al giorno, ed un semplice caffè 3€. Inoltre quando arrivi ti chiedono 150€ di deposito cauzionale ( cosa che non c’è scritta da nessuna parte quando prenoti) . Inoltre non hanno parcheggio, ne incluso nel prezzo ne a pagamento.

- very noisy hotel, even in the room at night you here everything.
- We didnt liked the location of the hotel and the neighbourhood, but this might be personal.
- Seems more like an upgraded hostel, not a 4* hotel. There are 3* hotels in IBZ that are much better in price, quality and service than this "hostel"
- We paid 150€ deposit + 2x 20€ towel deposit that you will get back on your card 2 weeks after you've checked out they told us. Exactly 1 month after arriving home, the money was released (30 days!!) So please check your terms and conditions! I've called my bank and they told me the hotel will release it after 1 month for you. 9th time in Ibiza for us, never experienced that before.
- When checking in the hotel we paid our room double, booking charged us and they charged us again at the reception. This can happen by mistake, for sure! But Customer service from the hotel after we got back home, to get our money back, very poor 👎🏻 We did not get an answer within 4 weeks after their first reaction from Pamela , she just ignored our messages. So we contacted booking and luckily they could fix it and we got our money back from them as they didnt answered to booking neither. What a shame this hotel is... But, Booking.com top service and customer caring 10/10!
In august we'll be back in IBZ for our 10th time. For sure they'll never see us back here! Would't recommand this hotel to anyone!
