旅行の疲れが癒やされるホテルでした

駐車場係さんやフロントスタッフがとても親切で良かった
寝具も心地よかった
朝食バイキングも満足でした

ロケーションが良かった。

Cons:

エコで清掃がないため、タオル類の追加が必要なら直接フロントに言って直接もらう事になっているが、２泊の部屋に１泊分しか用意されてない。最初から２泊分用意していれば、フロントで言う必要もない。

スタッフの対応
朝食と夜鳴きそばが美味しかった

Cons:

部屋から持っていくタオルというのが2度目が濡れているので嫌でした。浴場に新しく使える清潔なタオルがあると嬉しい。

Excellent , would visit again
Pros:

Great property - right next to the Bus Terminal, which ensures great connectivity to the airport, ferry terminal, and the rest of the city. Great facilities overall with a natural hot spring, well sized rooms, and great amenities. The check-in is smooth and quick. The lobby has a free coffee machine as well.

Basico y Onsen masificado pero bonito

Cerca del castillo de Kumamoto

Cons:

Lo elegimos por el onsen y no pudimos disfrutarlo, masificado aunque era muy bonito fue el unico hotel con Onsen que no hemos podido usar por masificado
