Pros:

The staff was SO FRIENDLY. We loved them so much and enjoyed talking to them. Their English sounded native even! Very impressed.

Cons:

Maybe could be a little refreshed, but it was clean and comfortable.

ホテル選択金額の割には失敗かな！
Cons:

今回親族で二部屋利用したがルームキーが各部屋一つで最悪であった。子供ならともかく大人5人なのでサブキーお願いしたらあっさり各部屋１本ですと断られた。
またユニットバスのトイレが狭すぎた。便器に座ると便座が左に動くし狭すぎた。

スタッフの対応は良かった。
チェックイン、チェックアウトの手続きがスムーズだった。

Cons:

居酒屋や飲食店が立ち並ぶエリアで、夜は治安が悪め。
深夜まで音楽や外から通行人の声が聞こえる。
久しぶりにお湯と水の量を調節するタイプのシャワーで、シャワーカーテンにはカビなのかただの汚れなのかわからないが、茶色い染みが点々とあり触りたくなかった。

Would stay again considering price was good.
Pros:

Great location. Staff were great. They helped us with sending luggage through Yamato service and made things 100 times easier.

Cons:

Aircon had a weird smell and toilet seat was loose. Shower curtain had a damp smell as well.
