Pros:

😊 Room 415 bigger than 416. Both r twin single beds. The hotel has everything we need. Staff managed to put our 2 rooms next to each other. Brought our multiplug charger, very convenient. Water hot enough, can switch to sink or bathtub. Toilet seat so warm, really nice! Lift was fast, no crowds. Toiletries all complete with hair conditioner n hair dryer. Most importantly, they have AC (bad experience with Ikebukuro Royal hotel without AC)
We are happy with our stays! Will surely come back.

Must try the Ramen shop few steps down the rd. Super good!
October laundry is also 1 min walk, convenient to wash clothes. Which I feel hotel should advertise on their website so we don't have to search and ask around !

Cons:

Mirror should be placed under light, too dark hidden behind the rack.
Toilet papers can be thicker.
Toilet too small for men esp. Europeans!
Hope Staff can speak more English.

Excelente ubicación.
Pros:

Perfecto! Habitación amplias (tomando en cuenta los espacios en Japón). El personal de recepción súper amable, la ubicación de lo mejor, esta a pocos minutos caminando a Dotonbori y la estación Namba. Lo super recomiendo.

Todo estuvo perfecto.

Hotel sencillo muy bien ubicado
Pros:

Muy buena ubicacion en el barrio de Namba, cerca de Dotonbori. Tenia comercios, restaurant y lavanderia cerca. Personal atento. Microondas en la planta baja. Buena limpieza, buenas camas, elementos de higiene a disposicion. Botellitas de agua de cortesia a diario. Recepcion y envio de maletas a otros puntos de Japon.

Cons:

Habitacion pequeña y baño diminuto. Para entrar al baño habia que subir un escalon.

フロントの方の対応が自分だけではなく他の方の時も感じ良いなと思いました。

Cons:

お風呂がとても狭かった。お湯の温度設定もなかった事です。

Pros:

The staff was SO FRIENDLY. We loved them so much and enjoyed talking to them. Their English sounded native even! Very impressed.

ホテル選択金額の割には失敗かな！
Cons:

今回親族で二部屋利用したがルームキーが各部屋一つで最悪であった。子供ならともかく大人5人なのでサブキーお願いしたらあっさり各部屋１本ですと断られた。
またユニットバスのトイレが狭すぎた。便器に座ると便座が左に動くし狭すぎた。
