The perfect location in a top hotel!
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff. Clean room with all the required amenities. Frequent cleans during the stay. Breakfast variety was good and attentive staff refilled anything that was run out in the breakfast stand. The luggage store was a big stand out point for us. Staff speak good English! TV was great and could screen share from my phone with no difficulty. Location was absolutely brilliant with great access to public transport, takeaway joints and bus/train station. Love the little kitchen area in the suites with the microwave and mini fridge so we could prepare little meals at the flat for cosy evenings!

Cons:

Only one working life for the entire stay (6 days) and no clear indication it was being fixed.
