Le personnel de salle et d' entretien très aimable et serviable .
L'emplacement dans le village et l'accès aux pistes de ski .

Un salon commun très agréable .
La qualité du petit déjeuner et la carte des repas .

La surface de la chambre .

Des voisins de chambre extrêmement bruyants une nuit ( problème néanmoins indépendant de l'hôtel )

A lovely traditional hotel with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great food and excellent location
Pros:

The room was a good size, bigger than the room we had previously. The only thing was there was some damp on the bathroom but this did not detract from our stay. We ate at the hotel the first evening and the meal was superb. The brealkats are also excellent.

Cons:

Just the small amount of damp in the bathroom.

Perfect ski location with outstanding hospitality
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Les Sapins in La Clusaz. The location is absolutely perfect for skiing, right on the slope, which makes it incredibly easy and convenient to enjoy the mountains. The hotel itself is beautiful, warm, and very welcoming.

What really stood out was the incredible assistance from the staff. Unfortunately my husband got injured during our trip and we had to cut our stay short. The team was extremely kind, supportive, and helpful during a stressful situation. Their understanding and care made a difficult moment much easier for us, and we truly appreciated their help.

Even though our trip ended earlier than expected, we left with a very positive impression. We would absolutely recommend this lovely hotel to anyone looking for a perfect ski location with exceptional service, and we hope to return in the future.
