Pros:

La posizione molto buona, centrale. Unica cosa positiva

Cons:

Non è un 4 stelle, manco 1 stella. Io pulirei un po. Nella camera della prima sera c’era puzza di sigarette ed era sporca. Poi abbiamo fatto cambiare camera e la seconda dopo una serie di lamentele era almeno pulita.

Cosy place at the heart of Istanbul
Pros:

The location is exceptional! The staff is polite and helpful. The room and amenities are exactly as described. Breakfast is included, and it is very satisfying. A place I would gladly visit again when coming to Istanbul!

Cons:

The restaurant is on the terrace and is accessible by stairs only (no elevators), which may be difficult for some visitors.

MÉDIOCRE et CATASTROPHIQUE

L’hôtel n’est absolument pas ce que l’on voit sur les photos. Les chambres de trio sont minuscules et bien trop petite pour accueillir trois personnes. L’état de la chambre Roma était totalement insalubre, forte, présence d’humidité et de moisissure sur les murs cachés par leur (joli papier peint). Aucune présence de produits de douche, mise à disposition. La télé est minuscule, sèche-cheveux, inutilisable, chambre, super, petite et étroite.
Si jamais vous remontez votre mécontentement, suite à l’état déplorable de votre chambre et tenter de vous faire rembourser, sachez que c’est perdu d’avance. Les propriétaires de l’hôtel ne sont pas honnête. Il négocie votre remboursement en échange d’un bon avis qui est totalement éloigné de la réalité ou cherche tous les prétextes possibles pour ne pas vous rembourser. Ils font preuve d’une mauvaise foi énorme. Je vous déconseille fortement cet établissement qui est à fuir malgré son bon positionnement dernière chose la sécurité de l’hôtel est totalement à revoir. Sachez que votre chambre peut aussi bien s’ouvrir de l’intérieur que de l’extérieur si on a entre possession la clé et l’établissement ne dispose pas d’ascenseur

Lage ist top.
Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war in der obersten Etage, was ok war. Allerdings war es sehr kalt und feucht, da die Heizung nicht funktionierte.
Es waren deutliche Schimmelspuren zu sehen, was definitiv nicht in Ordnung ist!

Cons:

De cand am ajuns in aeroport a inceput si totul rau: am facut book pt transfer ….nu ne-a asteptat nimeni. Am luat taxi pana la hotel. Am ajuns la 2:00 am la hotel si am avut surpriza neplacuta sa gasim niste camere mici , urat mirositoare iar la camera care era alocata mie daca deschideai geamul daddeai de niste scari din metal la fel de dezgustatoare. Prosoape nu erau , am vb cu baiatul de la receptie si a adus, lumina nu mergea ( bagai cartela la locul ei si nu se aprindea ). Am luat decizia sa plecam in miez de noapte sa cautam alt hotel. Am platit in avans prin booking sejurul de 3 zile iar dupa ce am parasit locatia pt ca acesta nu este un hotel de 4 stele niciodata , am sperat ca o sa primesc macar o parte din bani inapoi dar se pare ca proprietatea nu doreste sa returneze nimic. Cea mai proasta experienta de pana acum.
