Great location, comfortable and attentive staff
Pros:

Amazing location, next to the European Parliament and with both a bus stop and a train station two minutes away. The area is also quiet and safe at night. Clean and comfortable, our room was bigger than I expected and the beds were very comfy. Really kind staff, who will make an amazing breakfast for you.

Cons:

There is no lift and stairs are steep. You can tell the building is a bit old, and perhaps it is slightly more expensive than it should.

What a pleasure to stay at this hotel!
Pros:

My room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, the staff were fantastic, the connected restaurant was tasty and the location was perfect for my needs. The metro wasn’t far away, either.

Cons:

The street was a little noisy. The stairs might be difficult for older people, but it was fine.

Pros:

I've stayed here on several occasions. The check-in process is simple and very clear. The location is fantastic and the rooms are very comfortable. My highest vote, though, goes to the staff. They are professional, kind, attentive, and very responsive.

Sa localisation proche du Parlement européen est parfaite mais prestations très décevantes.
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse mais défraichie et spartiate. Le frigo ne marchait pas. Il y avait juste deux serviettes par personne et un distributeur "savon-shampoing" dans la salle de douche.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié d'être au 3ème étage sans ascenseur et sans d'être prévenue ! J'ai cherché toute de suite un siie de secours, mais je n'ai rien trouvé ...

Kleines charmantes Hotel in einem alten Gebäude. Für mich hat hier alles gepasst.
Pros:

Gutes Bett, ruhige Umgebung da in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, Dusche hat einwandfrei funktioniert (das ist oft nicht so).
Wenn man nicht jemand ist der zwanghaft nach irgendwas zum Nörgeln sucht findet hier ein kleines feines Hotel ohne Schnickschnack. Die Kommunikation war top, Self-check in auch problemlos möglich.
Die Lage ist toll, Parlament um die Ecke, Altstadt in 30 Minuten Spaziergang durch die Stadt erreichbar, Bahn, Metro - alles in der Nähe.

Cons:

Es kann immer irgendwas besser sein, kommt auf den Anspruch an den man hat. Es soll ja Leute geben die immer was auszusetzen haben. Für mich hat hier alles gepasst.
