Location good, room not as good.
Pros:

Location was good for my goal in this trip.

Cons:

Bed mattress was pretty old and too soft and there was only a standing fan on the table that was very loud that made it hard sleeping. It was so hot out that it was impossible to sleep without the fan on, so I used earplugs and bose headset on my ears to be able to sleep.

Mucho que mejorar

El desayuno

Cons:

Hacia mucho, calor no había aire acondicionado. Los ventiladores eran viejos y muy poco potentes, tenías q pedir papel para el baño cuando llegamos había uno solo y por la mitad . Y faltaba limpieza fui a calentar agua y el hervidor estaba sucio. La televisión no funcionaba al principio no se veía. Y no habían canales en castellano. Todos los idiomas menos castellano.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per brevi soggiorni
Pros:

Ottima soluzione a buon prezzo vicino al Parlamento Europeo. La struttura non ha ascensore e nella mia stanza non era previsto armadio. Piaciuta molto la colazione a richiesta! La consiglio per un soggiorno di lavoro perché molto vicino alla stazione e ai mezzi pubblici.

Lage sehr gut, Personal sehr nett, das Hotel schlecht zu überteuertem Preis 175 EUR die Nacht ohne eigenen Parkplatz

Lage, Tee und Wasserkocher

Cons:

Alte zusammengestellte wenige Möbel, Uhralte Ikea Kommode, schwere Decken im Sommer, keine Klimaanlage mitten im Sommersaison ( reingestellter günstiger Stehventilaror); übler Geruch vom Bad (Abfluss), keine Seife im Spender (leer), Bad mit Toilette super klein, dabei kein abschließbarer Bad mit alter Schiebetür, das Hotel selbst verfügt über keine Parkplätze, überteuerte Parkplatze angeboten bei dem gegenüber liegenden Hotel (25 EUR für 24 Std.), kein Fahrstuhl- nichts für Behinderte.

Trés bonne localisation. Proche de la gare et de l’arrêt de bus vers l’aéroport. Personnel très sympa. Quartier calme. Établissement proche de Delhaize.

Good value for the money and location. I stayed only one night.
Pros:

Close to Metro station Trone, which is a couple of stops away from the Brussels center. Room is spacious enough and beautiful high ceiling. Very friendly , kind staff. Bathroom cleaning looked good, especially the floor was nicely cleaned and washed.

Cons:

I think the wash tap and douche handle will need eventual replacement. They cleaned them well, but they are pretty old.

No hay aire acondicionado ni ascensor. Escalera estrecha y muy muy muy empinada, complicada de subir y bajar con la maleta

Keine Klima, aber zumindest Ventilator
Wer Luxus sucht ist hier falsch, dafür bekommt man Persönlichkeit und Charme :)

Vintage-Hotel mit guter Führung und Betreuung
Pros:

Gute Lage, Austausch von Informationen über late Arrival & hinterlegten Schlüssel hat gut funktioniert.
Das Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage, das Hotelpersonal hat durch kluges Lüften und Schließen einen akzeptablen Temperaturstatus trotz Dachgeschoßzimmer und 35°C Tagestemperatur geschafft.
