Pros:

Zentrale, unschlagbare Lage und die Herzlichkeit des Personals. Ein kleinen italienische Frühstück bestehend aus Kaffee und Croissant und dazu ein echtes Lächeln sagen mehr als standardisierte Höflichkeit in einem Kettenhotel.
Es ist nicht mehr das neuste Hotel, aber alles sauber. Mehr brauch ich nicht.

Great hotel, excellent location, comfortable and clean, I hope to come back.
Pros:

It was a nice central location, close to good cafes and restaurants. The staff was so friendly and kind, I felt taken care of the whole time. The air conditioning worked really well and I liked the simple but elegant furniture in the room. I also liked they attended me at all hours of the night when arriving.

Cons:

Maybe adding some fruit to breakfast would be nice, but I understand they are keeping it traditional.

I had a wonderful stay and would happily choose this hotel again the next time I'm in Bologna.
Pros:

The hotel's location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the iconic Two Towers. The amazing view from my window—I could even see the Two Towers. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés just outside the hotel, making it perfect.
The breakfast was simple but satisfying.
The bathroom was a bit small, but it was perfectly fine for one person. The room was equipped with air conditioning and a hair dryer, and everything I needed for a comfortable stay was provided.
What truly made this stay memorable was the staff. Every single person I met was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. A special thanks to Santino for his great sense of humor—it always put a smile on my face. I also want to thank the person who cleaned my room and thoughtfully left the air conditioning on before I returned, so the room was nice and cool. I feel it's a bit unfair that I don't know the names of everyone who helped me during my stay, because they were all absolutely amazing and each one contributed to making my visit so enjoyable.
I had a wonderful stay and would happily choose this hotel again the next time I'm in Bologna.

Ottima struttura
Pros:

Struttura comodissima al centro e vicina anche alla stazione. Camera pulitissima, staff molto gentile. Colazione offerta dall'hotel! Un'ottima soluzione per chi si reca a Bologna, anche per il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Personal muy amable, muy bien ubicado. Cerca del centro, un barrio tranquilo con bares y restaurantes cerca. La habitación estaba muy limpia y la cama era muy cómoda.
