Not a 4 star hotel and would not return

Reasonably comfy bed

Cons:

It is not a 4 star hotel. It is on a complex with campsite and self catering chalet style accommodation with entertainment. This was not at all stated in booking.com literature. We would not have booked as this was not the vibe we wanted. Service slow in restaurant and really no better than microwave food at a price. To top it off our hotel room was not cleaned for 2 consecutive days despite complaining after the first and having to fetch more toilet roll and clean towels from reception. The reception staff didn’t seem bothered and clear impression this happens regularly. When we checked out I again advised the/a manager who said he has checked rooms has been cleaned on the days afterwards and said he would see what he could do for us. This is not a 4 star hotel and I would not book again. I am waiting for a resolution which the hotel appear unwilling to volunteer. This is not a 4 star hotel and of a standard akin to lower chain hotels in UK.

L'établissement était très bien. Le gros plus est de pouvoir accéder aux infrastructures du camping.

Cons:

Le personnel d'accueil était très gentil mais avait l'air complétement perdu. Dommage qu'on est pas pu avoir la chambre pour 15h.

Une chambre et des prestations pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Il n’est mentionné nulle part sur Booking que l’hôtel se situe en fait dans un camping, ce qui peut surprendre à l’arrivée. La propreté laisse à désirer, tout comme la qualité de la chambre (humidité +++, siphon bouché, douche qui fuit, espace restreint…).

Le calme, l'accueil et la situation géographique.

Cons:

L'ameublement, la décoration, les tissus, la salle de bain un peu trop petite, les peintures portes et murs écaillés, trop de toiles d'araignée et de poussières au niveau des bouches situées au plafond.

Nous avons apprécié l’accueil de la part du personnel, le fait d’avoir accès aux services du camping tels que la piscine, la supérette, le restaurant etc. La chambre était au calme, et la terrasse était un vrai plus. Du café, du thé et une bouteille d’eau à disposition avec une machine à café et une bouilloire ou encore le petit réfrigérateur étaient également appréciables.

Cons:

Nous avons trouvé que c’était un peu cher pour la chambre. Petit bémol sur la salle de bain, lorsqu’on allumait la douche, c’était la piscine au sol. Les trous du pommeau de douche à effet de pluie étaient encrassés et donc l’eau ne coulait pas bien. De plus, il y avait une odeur d’égout dans le couloir menant à la chambre.
