The staff in its entirety was great. The upkeep and upgradation of the property is much needed.
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally helpful, courteous and friendly. Dimple from the front office helped us get an early check-in and was our sounding board for the issues we faced during our stay.
The staff at the breakfast buffet were prompt and hospitable. They made our breakfast experience memorable.

Cons:

The in-room dining was extremely underwhelming. The bathroom cistern was constantly leaking. The hand faucet was as stiff as a board. One had to put quite a bit of force to manoeuvre it. One of the lifts was smelling of gutter for some reason, and the smell did not go during our entire stay.

Room allocation wrong. I was given Handicap room. The reception cheated. I am frequent visitor of JW Marriot, still you people broke trust. I have decided NOT to visit your property again.

The room was nice, clean, and spacious, offering a comfortable stay, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout.

Cons:

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The room’s air conditioning was not working properly during the night, which made the room extremely uncomfortable and suffocating. As a result, I could not sleep well at all.

While the room itself and the overall hotel condition are good, the swimming pool was under maintenance at the time of my check-in. This was especially disappointing because my friend had recommended this hotel specifically for its rooftop view and experience, which I was unable to enjoy.

Considering these issues, the amount I paid felt unjustified, as the stay did not deliver the experience I was expecting.
