The hotel is situated at excellent location and near to city attraction. Prakhar and Anil were awesome Chef Lal Bahadur was always helpful and ready to serve you with smile.
I loved how welcoming this place felt. The menu had plenty of options and chef Mr. Lal Bahadur suggests one of the best dishes seekh Kabab it is the best I have tested. It's the kind of place you stumble upon and then keep returning to.

Very coperative & quick service
This was the third time I have stayed at this property.It is absolutely one of my favourite hotels - the room size is huge and so are the loos. The staff is excellent and the breakfast buffet is very elaborate and delicious. I can keep going back to this hotel.
As a repeat Marriott guest with five stays across Marriott properties in India, I am disappointed to say that this was my third major service failure, representing a concerning 60% failure rate. Having previously raised similar concerns at other Marriott properties, including Coorg, Siliguri, and JW Marriott Chandigarh, it is difficult to view these issues as isolated incidents.
Restaurant Service Failure
Our experience at Saffron restaurant started poorly. There was no staff available to welcome or guide guests, forcing me to search for assistance while accompanied by my hungry child. After seating ourselves, a staff member approached only to explain seating rules rather than offer assistance. This is not the standard expected from a luxury hotel.
Poor Room Service
At check-in, we accepted an offer of tea and coffee and requested it be sent to our room. The beverages never arrived while we were present. Later, we returned to find cold, stale, and undrinkable drinks left in the room. This demonstrated a complete lack of coordination and attention to detail.
Unprofessional Response to Complaints
When I raised these concerns with the front desk and billing team, the response was dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the seriousness of the issues, I was simply told, "Sorry Sir, just wait, we will get you the coffee." This showed little ownership, accountability, or concern for the guest experience.
Final Thoughts
Luxury hospitality is defined by service, professionalism, and guest care. Unfortunately, our stay in Room 324 on May 18 fell far short of those expectations. Given the recurring nature of these issues across multiple Marriott properties, I sincerely hope Marriott conducts a serious review of its training, service standards, and operational oversight.
