A nice hotel but can be better still..
Pros:

We come here pretty regularly. The courtesy shown by house keeping staff, especially Navjot and Prabhjot , was a pleasure to experience. Their smiling countenance and ready compliance, made us feel good. We also enjoyed our time in the lounge where the displayed food variety was nice and food, tasty. As far as staff in the mezzanine café is concerned, they were very pleasant and courteous too.
However, the front desk could learn to be a little more courteous and polite. People come from far and wide, are often tired or jet lagged...a little courtesy will go a long way. Offering water, or some form of beverage comes across as being welcomed. A little more personal touch would go a long way.

Had dinner at JW Marriott! Amazing food, and to top it off, the singer Kabir. I have visited here before as well and Kabir always lightens the mood! Superb singer and good experience
