Lors de ma 1ere nuit, le service déplorable. J'ai demandé 1 bouteille d'eau au réceptionniste, il m'a indiqué qu'il m'envoyer une personne m'en ramener dans la chambre, déjà personne n'est venu et de plus après ma demande il s'est mis à parler en turc avec son collègue et on rigolait de manière à se moquer de moi. De plus les couettes dans la chambre sale. Ou sinon l'environnement pour des personnes qu'ils veulent du repos c'est l'endroit parfait

I couldn't see the sea from a sea-view room I booked in! it's horrible when pre-book in a hotel and reach tired at 12:00 midnight from the airport then realize they put you in a bad room just because will have no other options at that time!

Mestadels trevlig personal som talar engelska. Vi blev väl omhändertagna under vår vistelse. Minus för WI-FI som strulade och frukosten som saknade lite mer variation på frukt och inte så många varma rätter.

Better then expected
Pros:

Reception is comforting yet rooms need renovation. Has 90s feeling most likely nothing changed since it was opened. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Not so much choice on the breakfast, if you a are good coffee fan, you won't find it here. The pool seems not big enough for the hotel size. The wifi was good, but from time to time asked to reconnect with your passport number. On our day of checkout we woke up with no water, yet it was back in few hours. Overall our expectations were much lower yet we found the hotel in much better condition with good service quality.
