Just got back from a great stay. Arrived really late at night & received a food box each, which was well received. Room was spacious & clean. All staff polite & friendly. Particularly good lifeguards who paid attention (one checked on our son as we were watching, ensuring that a parent was nearby). Food was great with lots of choice. Location excellent for exploring with supermarkets nearby. Most sunbeds were all taken by 9am in main pool but we found the other pool better as it was near the football court where our son spent lots of his time - was also better for all day sunshine! Wi-Fi great with no issues.

The negatives for me were:
Poor communication as I did not realise what was on & when until the last day when I noticed a sign outside the restaurant late afternoon - never saw this at breakfast. My son missed the foam party & was so upset there wasn't another.

Poor entertainment, we caught one acrobat type show whilst there which was great but it was so busy that we had to watch from the hotel walkway balcony. Any other time was football. Mini Disco was fine but my kids are older now so didn't want to take part.

I would however stay again and would recommend it also

Owerall experience was fantastic.
Great entertainment for kids and for adults.
Food was variable and delicious.
Rooms spacious and clean.
Location of the hotel was very convinient close to local shops and restaurants, 5 minutes from the beach.Bus stop just outside the hotel.. Close to Siam Park.
In the hotel we were able to recive all necessary information regarding trips and surrounding activities in Tenerife.
I would like to say seperate thank you to Aldo for his support and professionalism.
Will deffinatley visit this hotel again.

Absolute rubbish hotel ,nothing works ,no WIFI no tv staff don't like the English very poor communication food just 2 star ,
room floor tiles moving all the time toilet kept stopping fan never worked and tv not working
I went to the reception about 10 times about the problems but they didn't want to know , the win fi works in the lobby only , rubbish hotel in need of maintenance ,they did offer another room but we were 2 rooms as the daughter could not be on her own so had to refuse a move but a lot of other people said the same rubbish HOTEL , dont waist your money on a dump like this and go somewhere decent .

Returning from a brilliant 10 night stay and already can’t wait to return. From the moment we arrived every single one of the staff were so kind. Everyone says hello - such a friendly hotel. The grounds are lovely - well maintained and always clean.
Food was excellent with large variety every night - all fresh, and the staff (Carmala & Pablo in particular) were great. We sat in the adults only area of the restaurant.
Beautiful roof terrace and drink prices reasonable for half board guests. Bonus having nice Starbucks coffee in the Bubble bar.
The room was great for three adults - not something you get in other hotels. We really liked the separate areas for adults - the pool was warm and plenty of sun beds. No opening rush.
Not many mention the spa - it was brilliant. We had a 75 minute treatment and the masseurs were brilliant. Some good offers on.
Great 4* hotel, something for everyone but not pretentious.

Everything about this hotel was great. The hotel was lovely and clean, staff were friendly, food was good and the location was great too. Never had to fight for a sun bed and the pools were heated which was a great bonus.
The animation team were amazing, especially Mili. They were fab with both the kids and adults, always full of energy and enthusiasm. In the evening there was bingo and quizzes for the adults followed by singers every night so plenty to keep the guests entertained. We loved every minute of our holiday and would definitely return.

We had a great holiday here overall, with a few negatives.

Room (238F) was spacious and clean, but a bit shabby (exposed screws on the floor tiles etc). And the soundproofing was terrible. On the first 2 nights the noise from the entertainment was ridiculously loud and kept us awake. Thankfully on the third night they moved the entertainment to a different location so it wasn’t as disruptive after that. The view from the balcony was non existent/ugly, and seemed to be always in the shade. Housekeeping was good.

The pools were lovely and warm but all the sun beds at the main pool were reserved with towels by 9am so we only went there a couple of times. The other family pool was not as busy so we mainly went there. The lifeguards were very attentive and made sure no one broke the ‘no inflatables’ rule.

I thought the buffet restaurant food was excellent (and I am generally not a fan of all inclusive buffets). The food was really fresh and varied from night to night. In particular, I really liked the fresh salads. Obviously with it being school holidays, the hotel and restaurant in particular were MANIC. But the staff did a great job of keeping everything moving and ensuring a good service.

The entertainment was ok. Our son enjoyed the mini disco each night and the entertainment staff clearly worked really hard and were super enthusiastic.

The hotel location is fab… just a few minutes walk from the resort centre and beaches. Also only 20 mins from the airport. We really appreciated the courtesy room we were able to use to shower ahead of our evening flight home.

So in summary: staff and food = excellent. Pools and entertainment = good. Room and general maintenance = tired and a bit shabby. I would perhaps not class it as 4* standard but overall we had a good holiday here.

Wonderful last minute holiday with my 6 year old. Animation team were absolutely amazing. Great entertainment. Food was really good. Hotel was very clean. Location was good. 5 mins to the beach. The Italian al a carte was an added bonus.
A wonderful lady called Noa was on hand in at her guest experiences desk always ready to make your stay as great as it can be. A real credit to this hotel. I would go back. We went during Easter holidays and it was very busy but to be expected. We met some fabulous guests staying there.

Absolutely fantastic stay at HOVIMA Suites Costa Adeje.

After a very disappointing start to our holiday elsewhere, arriving here was honestly like night and day. From the moment we checked in, everything was perfect. The hotel was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained, with such a lovely atmosphere throughout.

Our suite was spacious, bright, and incredibly clean, and the bed was so comfortable — exactly what we needed. Every area of the hotel felt fresh, well looked after, and welcoming.

The food was absolutely beautiful with plenty of choice, and everything we had was fresh and delicious. The staff were also lovely and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay.

The location is ideal, with the beach, shops, and restaurants all within easy walking distance, making it perfect for a relaxing break in Costa Adeje.

This hotel completely saved our holiday and allowed us to thoroughly enjoy the rest of our trip. We loved it so much that we have already booked to return with our family in May, which says everything about how wonderful our experience was.

We would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and well-located hotel.

Biggest disappointment are the fun police. No inflatables or balls in the family pool apart from very small rings
My son wasn’t bothered but the disappointment on lots of children’s faces was very sad.
Would I come again…. Probably not
