Tomir Portals Suites - Adults Only (+16)

We had a room on the entrance side of the hotel. We could see the ocean but would have liked a room so we could get the sun on the balcony in the evening. Next time I will request it. We could not fault this hotel for the cleanliness. All the staff greeted you and were always cheerful. The breakfast was amazing and such a fantastic choice, you could never go hungry.

Great adults only hotel with a roof top, stayed loads

It is a great hotel. New and modern and the staff was great. The room is great, with a very modern decor and fixtures.
My only BIG complaint is that they make it look like the property is very close to the Portals Nous Marina and the beach; when in fact it is around 3/4 of a mile from them. To reach the marina and the bars, restaurants, and the beach, you have to walk down a road that spirals around three hills (and up when you go back). If you have difficulty walking up and down hills; I would not recommend this hotel. Otherwise, it is a new hotel, elegant, clean, with great amenities.

Our second stay here and it was just as good as our first. Perfect location with lots of resturant choices near by. Rooms always clean and are spacious. Good varietu of food at brekfast - great hotel!

We enjoyed our stay here

Lovely hotel staff couldn’t do enough for you. Rooms are a great size and area is brilliant only 10 minute walk to the port, lots around. Breakfast selection really good & also pool really lovely. Thanks for a great stay x

Mixed Experience

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While there were some definite highlights, several issues impacted the overall quality of the stay.

Positives:

The location is excellent, convenient for exploring the area.

Water pressure and temperature in the shower were great.

The breakfast spread was impressive, with lots of options. It's best to go around 9:30 AM!

The rooftop bar was a lovely spot to relax, with attentive staff and a great atmosphere.

We also enjoyed food and drinks from the poolside bar — both tasty and reasonably priced.

A lifeguard was consistently on duty at the pool, which was reassuring and appreciated.

Negatives:

There were no water fountains available — only bottled water for purchase.

Our bedding had a visible stain, and towels were not replaced regularly.

We had to ask for clean cups.

A cleaner entered our room without knocking, which was a serious privacy issue.

The issue of "sunbed warriors" was real — people reserved loungers early and left them empty for hours.

Soundproofing was poor — we could hear people walking above us, flushing toilets next door, and road noise depending on room location.

Some food items lacked clear labelling, which could be a concern, some breakfast pastries might contain pork fat — not ideal for certain diets.

Overall, this hotel has potential — the location and food options are definite strengths but better attention to cleanliness, privacy, and basic amenities is needed.

This is our second stay at this hotel , great location and facilities. A perfect hotel to stay for exploring the island .

Our stay here was great. The staff were unbelievably accommodating, calling taxis, making recommendations for dinner and other sights to see in the area. The breakfast was great and the resturant was also excellent. A major bonus was that they allowed you to stay and use the amenities after check out, and provided you with a courtesy room to use to freshen up before going to the airport! Would definitely stay here again
