Kuluhana Hotel & Villas Kalkan

I had the economy room, it was absolutely terrible, the owner is very nice , but they think people are stupid and should accept all things wrong, for one, the room overlooks the common area , yet the curtains are see through and do not cover the entire window, second of all, the shower was disgusting, bacteria, broken and leaking shower, and does not drain well, the rest of the bathroom, extremely old and leaky, I was supposed to stay 4 nights, I cancelled the last two nights and was thrilled to be out of there. Also internet did not work neither did the TV, every time I told the owner, he would say I will not be renting this room next season, well, excuse me, if it is this bad, why are you renting it now and making people miserable.
Also breakfast was terrible, those butter packs were so old , you could smell how rotten they were, extremely poor breakfast based on Turkish standard.
I was very disappointed and uncomfortable.

On check in the man on reception looked at us like we were trash !!! Rude no kind of communication as to amenities or what’s going on. No where showing you where or what was going on. Beds need mattress & pillow protectors. Says cafe / bar but no menus or anything out. Outside hotel there’s a lot of rubbish laying about. 300tl per person to go to the beach bar everyday. You need a car as it is a walk into Kalkan or get taxi. Hotel has lovely views and the older gentleman was nicer and actually spoke to you… breakfast very basic but ok.

Mükemmeldi. Denize sıfır. Greenbeach otelin beachini çok uygun fiyata kullanabilirsiniz. Denizi muhteşem. Girdiğimiz en iyi denizdi. Ekonomik odada kaldık. Gayet konforlu, klima, büyük TV, büyük banyo mevcut. Temizlik istediğimizde hemen ilgilendiler. Kahvaltı çok güzel, ürünler taze ve temiz. Çeşit yeterli. Çay kahve gayet güzel. İşletme çok düzgün. Kalkan merkeze araç ile 5 dk. Kaş merkeze 20 dk. Konum şahane. Seneye yeniden gideceğiz. Bayıldık. Bu kadar güzel denizde hiç yuzmedik. Plajdaki çalışan arkadaşlar da çok efendi. 10 yıldızli bı tatil oldu

Otel temiz odalar ferah manzarası da harika..Kahvaltı yeterli keşke yarım pansiyon olsaydı…Yataklar da rahattı

1 gece kaldık, konumu güzel merkeze yakın. Oda ve otel küçük ama otantik, tatlı ve temizdi. Yatak rahat, klima çalışıyordu. Sineklik olması çok güzeldi

Çatı katı suitini tutmuştuk gerçekten 4 kişi için mükemmel bir yer teras da hamak dan tut pufuna masasından koltuğuna her şeyi var konaklama olarak çok güzel bir yer fakat yollar biraz yokuşlu ve market biraz uzak ama aracınız varsa 5 10 dk içerisinde istediğiniz herşeyi bulabileceğiniz kalkan merkezdesiniz.

The hotel is very close to the beach—just a one-minute walk away. The beach is fantastic and exceptionally clean. The hotel is in a great location in Kalkan, Kaş, Antalya. Everything was spotless, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Many thanks to the property managers, Mr. Ömer and Mr. Enes—they were very helpful and kind. We also extend our sincere thanks to the service manager, Mr. Adil, and his assistant for their excellent service.

We will definitely return to Kuluhana Hotel next time. The open buffet breakfast was also wonderful—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented.

302 numaralı odada kaldik. Cok ferah, kocamam balkonlu, muthis manzarali tertemiz bir otel odasiydi. Sabah kahvaltisi abartidan uzak, tertemiz ve doyurucuydu. Kesinlikle tekrar gelecegimiz bir mekan

Otel konum ve rahatlık açısından harika . Manzara muhteşem, temizlik harika, havuz yeterli, kahvaltı yeterli ama biraz daha çeşitlendirilebilir. Hizmet ve güler yüz harika. Konfor olarak sadece teras katında klima bakımı gerekli . O da çözülmeyecek bir sorun değil. Kalkan daki adresimiz belli... Teşekkürler

For the price we paid £48 for a night in a basic room it was fantastic value. The room was only small, but it was clean and we had a balcony with a sea view and breakfast included. For a night in Kalkan it was great value. The guy on check in and out was a bit miserable but other than that I would definitely recommend. Plus we are at the beach bar over the road a 2 min walk. The home made pizza was fab and the view of the sea was to die for.

Otelin konumu harika. Temiz ve rahat. Personel çok kibar ve her konuda yardımcı. Kesinlikle tavsiye edilir.

Oda temizliği, günü gelmesine rağmen ertesi gün çıkış yapacağımız için aksatıldı. Klima dış üniteleri balkonda olduğu için ses sebebiyle balkonda oturamadık. Balkonda çamaşır asmaya yer yoktu. Havuz motor sesi odanın içinde duyuluyordu. Otel personeli genel olarak soğuk ve isteksizdi. Oda temizliği yeterliydi. Kahvaltıda talep ettiğimiz ufak ek porsiyon yemeği, içeceği, kahveyi ekstra olarak hesaba kattılar. Oda türü hakkında anlaşmış olmamıza rağmen bizim onayımız alınmadan odamız değiştirilmişti. Klima odayı yeterli derecede soğutuyordu. Tuvalet sifonu tutukluk yapıyordu. Dolaplar yeterliydi. Erken saatlerde resepsiyonda kimse bulunmuyordu. Yedeği bulunmayan tuvalet kağıdını bir şekilde biz temin ettik. Otel anlayışından uzak, pansiyon tanımına daha yakın bir konaklama yeri. Bu fiyatlara daha güzel hizmet ve mekân sunan yerler bulunabilir ki biz bulduk.

The view and the staff was amazing.
