Only the location I like
I didn't get the room like mentioned in the apps, I booked a room with a garden view but did not get that room,I did inform the receptionist during check in but she told me need to request then what is the point mention in apps that room with garden view if still need to request it, the washroom floor was slippery., Too noisy outside room I can't even sleep after check in, sound like they're doing the renovation,did complain about it but still same the noise doesn't stop and at night the house near the hotel had karaoke and the sound very loud until midnight. I don't have enough sleep while staying here, really disappointed, for sure will not stay here again!

Good location, beautiful building.
Breakfast was an average spread
Rooms are worn and dated, had a very bad musty smell like carpets were wet and not dried properly. No amount of air freshener or air helped.
Staff were quite unfriendly, not a lot of smiles or helpful service unfortunately.

As we stay longer 5 nights, the toilet become smelly n the bidet was leaking
Breakfast provided and good. Many choses. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel location was good. All hospitalities very good and well maintained.
To Heritage Chef restaurant ...... Just to share please make sure when you serve Ayam Geprek and Keli Geprek to customer it well cooks. Don't serve to customer if only half cook.

1. Pg td pukul 10am dh ada pekebun bunyikan jentera..sgt mengganggu guest nk rehat atau tidur sebentar.
2. Better jika nk kemas makanan bkfst, pastikan guest dh habis makan kerana sedang enjoy makan, rasa nk kena cepat habis kan..
El alojamiento estaba en buena zona
Las habitaciones no son lo que parecen en las fotos, además de que todo es SÚPER antiguo, la cortina del baño llevaba ahí desde la WW2.
dekat dengan tanah rata, kemudahan banyak, vintage, makanan sedap
agak seram hehe…tapi ok jer tiada gangguan mistik..
