It is comfortable to stay but the facilities, services and things in the room need upgrade.
Pros:

The environment is quiet and view is beautiful.

Cons:

-take too long to check in, on average more than 10 minutes per customer for a check in. It is way too slow, i don understand why they ask to fill the form for details like phone number, name, car plate number. This could delay the check in process, instead all these information could have been obtained from the website the moment the customer book the room.

-i think they lack of staff or they are just inefficient. It was after 30 minutes i went inside the room already and that i called to receptionist to ask for towel, then only they bring the towel. When the staff came to pass the towel, she apologised and said they were busy on the day and so didn’t manage to get the towel ready. I checked in at 4pm and the towel ready by 445pm !!!

-the phone for intercom was broken. It cannot be used.

-the internet was so slow.

-the bathroom has no carpet, it was slippery and got to be extra careful.

-the water heater was not in full function. When you turn on the water at high volume, it become cooler, turn it slow, it become hotter. There were two showroom room, one is the standing standard shower room and the other was the jacuzzi. Only the jacuzzi has the hot shower function. The normal shower room is freezing with cold water shower, too bad.

-they only provide one access card for the room yet we book for deluxe king for 4 adults. So inefficient.

Location dan sarapan pagi yg tak pernah mengecewakan.hotel yang saya akan menginap bila tiba di cameron highland walaupun banyak hotel2 yang baru

Cons:

Peralatan yg agak lama seperti langsir dan cadar mungkin akan ada perubahan nanti😀

Well Thank you for the stay.
Pros:

The breakfast exceed my expectation. A lot of choice and worth every penny. The breakfast itself 11/10.

Cons:

The door lock to bathroom caould be better, and the bath tub etc can be improve in termn of cleanliness

Terrible breakfast, low skills cook. Noisy patrons even in the midnight and early morning, perhaps they cater for lower standard people because their children misbehave. Jumping and running in their room. Do not purchase their breakfast and do not purchase rooms that include breakfast. Never worth it

Hotel bien situé avec un personnel accueillant et poli, les chambres sont propres mais mal insonorisé et l’hôtel n’est p
Pros:

Le personnel est sympathique et à l’écoute, les chambres sont propres, équipées du nécessaire, le petit déjeuner est génial, il y a pas mal de choix et c’est plutôt bon. L’hôtel est assez grand dans une ambiance vintage et il y plusieurs grands espaces communs avec des activités pour passer le temps (mais payante).

Cons:

L’hôtel dans sa globalité n’est pas très bien entretenu hormis les chambres, les espaces communs et la végétation. L’insonorisation des chambres est quasiment nul, ce qui fait que l’ont entend tout ce que font les voisins.
