Location can walk to reach mall ,shopping etc…

Not So Great a Heritage
Pros:

Yhe hotel is not well maintained. There ate 2 elevators but some of the buttons mot working. The room key card not working properly too. Have to insert and re insert several.times.
Yhe cafeteria fod is not so good. The rice for rhe Nasi Lemak is cold and gard and egg station is located outside the cafe, which is ridiculous.

Pros:

Two pillows were provided for one person.

Cons:

1) I parked at the basement car park. When I took the lift near the lobby, the lift door suddenly closed and the buttons could not be controlled.
2) checked in around 4:00 PM, but there were no shower towels in the room. I requested three times, and they were only given at 6:00 PM. The reception said there were not enough towels.
3) There is no tray or shelf in the shower room to put bath items. When showering, I had to go out to the basin area to take them. The shower glass door also cannot close properly, so the water goes out
