Forferdelig. Hold dere langt unna dette stedet.
Pros:

Ingenting - hele stedet var deprimerende. Det eneste var at det lå 150 meter fra Termini togstasjon.

Cons:

Når jeg så frokostsalen ved ankomst og hvor skittent det var, bestemte jeg meg for ikke å spise der dagen etter. Beliggenheten er kanskje Romas verste. Som Oslo sitt Plata-området. I oppgangen til hotellet var det 8-10 rusmisbrukere, og flere satt der og satt heroinsprøyter i oppgangen og utenfor. Og flere av de kommer til deg og tigger om penger. På rommet hang den ene lampen og slang i ledningen. Det var ekkelt og skitten på veggene, og rommet var ikke oppgradert på maaaange år. Jeg spurte om personalet kunne vekke meg på morgenen, da jeg skulle rekke flyet. Dette lovet de, men det gjorde de ikke. Hold dere langt unna dette stedet.

Sporco ,il letto che non funziona niente Cavo elettrico fuori per bambini e pericolo,il ingresso puzza di pipì, persone che sono ubriachi comunque e pericoloso girare la sera.

El hotel era MUY sucio.. los pisos, los azulejos y mampara del baño estaban mugrientos. El ingreso del hotel tambien era muy sucio, tenía chorreados liquidos secos... Falta unabuena limpieza..

A disgusting, run-down hotel with bedbugs and deceptive room descriptions.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. A horrific experience from start to finish.

This hotel is an absolute health hazard and a scam.

Bedbugs and Hygiene: We found bed bugs in the room. The hygiene conditions are unacceptable, and even the hotel admitted in their communication that they had to spray the room with medicine.

Bed Scam (Deceptive Description): We booked a double bed, but they deceptively pushed two separate, dirty, and worn-out single mattresses together and covered them with one sheet to look like a double bed.

Dilapidated Facilities: The rooms and bathrooms are extremely run-down and old. The breakfast area is tiny, depressing, and unhygienic.

Dishonest Management: The manager is completely uncooperative and lied to Booking.com, claiming we accepted another room and stayed, which is 100% false. We only spent one night as an emergency because Booking.com support delayed their response, and we evacuated immediately the next day. Avoid this place at all costs!

Cons:

Incómodo, la cama tiene una colchoneta delgada de espuma. El baño no estaba limpio y el lavamanos obstruído. No tenía refrigerador, solo el espacio vacío. No lo podemos recomendar.

Drogatas en el portal y cambio de hotel
Pros:

Horrible, una zona y hotel pésimo a la que da miedo adentrarse.
Hay indigentes derogándose en el propio portal del hotel tumbados todo el día, y a los del hotel les da igual, lo permiten.
Pasamos mucho miedo, y según llegamos nos tuvimos que buscar otro hotel porque sabe dios que nos hubiera pasado quedándonos ahí
Le pedí incluso al chico de la recepción si podía bajar a acompañarnos ya que nos daba mucho miedo y no quiso. Se excusaron en que era normal que estuvieran ahí.
Nos agredieron verbalmente y amenazaron al pasar.
NO VAYAN
Es denunciable.
