Habitación amplia, con cuarto de baño completo y como nuevo, super limpio todo. La cama comodísiiima i un personal excelente. Tiene unas vistas TOP desde la planta superior donde sirven el desayuno/buffet muy completo. Y ofrecen café y pastas, con fuente de agua para rellenar las botellas como cortesia, además de guardar las maletas el tiempo que necesitamos, se puede usar la sala comedor para tomar el tentempié propio y ver salir la Luna llena en el horizonte. Todo un regalazo. Gracias.

Por decir algo yo incluiría alguna leche vegetal i/o sin lactosa y café descafeïnado.

Will definitely come back - will check rooms view before accepting it.
Pros:

Breakfast with a stunning view overlooking the city and the bay. Splendid breakfast buffet and free coffee - tea - and snacks in the afternoon. Friendly team, good restaurants recommendations.

Cons:

Jumping wi-fi. On 2 bedrooms 1 had absolutely no view - overlooking a wall. Which was very sad when you come only once in your life to Ushuaïa.

Breakfast view

Cons:

It was so hot in the hallway and room that I had to sleep in underwear. And that’s even when I asked the hotel to turn down the central heater and I left the window open 24/7. Bathroom had no counter space and the glass protector did nothing to help with water coming out of tub. The soap and shampoo dispensers don’t work. Elevator was so extremely slow. Mateo’s father who offered his partner to taxi us never showed up for our ride to airport. Far from the town on an upward slop with poor sidewalks.

Disappointing despite great staff
Pros:

Staff were great: couldn’t have been more helpful. Nice to have access to tea and coffee in the afternoon/evening. Room was very clean and bed was great.

Cons:

The hotel was always hot. Very little fresh air. We turned the heating off totally but room felt airless and too warm. Very disappointed with Booking.com to find that we had been relegated to a basement room. No mention of this information in the booking process: would have paid more if I’d known as I’d booked a long way ahead. Hotel staff tried to change our room but booked out. Despite the lovely staff, glad to get out after 3 nights.
