Es hatte weder eine Terrasse, noch hatte es Blick in den Innenhof, wie beschrieben. Man hatte kein Tageslicht, da sich das Zimmer im Untergeschoss befindet.

Pontos fortes seriam localização boa,vista panorâmica das cordilheiras e café da manhã super farto e variado! Excelente! Secador eficiente no banheiro alem de shampoo e condicionador muito bons!
Tem cafe de cortesia a tarde no hotel e no quarto tbm tem a chaleira elétrica! Voltaria com certeza! Parabéns pelo café da manhã! Espetacular!

Cons:

Único ponto que me incomodou um pouco foi que ouvi barulhos de quarto vizinho,deve ser parede drywall.

I great place to stay and good staff, rooms and food
Pros:

It was quiet and a great room and bathroom with excellent shower.

Cons:

The room was a little too hot so had to open window and lights in main room a little dark . As in basement the view wasn’t good.

Ok, but not great
Pros:

Basic hotel in the city center, good for 1-2 days stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

First room we've received was not cleaned properly, especially the bathroom. After making a complain at the front desk, we've been moved to another room that was more acceptable.

Pros:

staff was pleasant. room was sufficient for needs. breakfast is standard—meats, cheese, pastries, yogurt, granola, etc.

Cons:

staff ordered taxi, taxi charged DOUBLE the rate and then the return taxi never showed up. disappointing & frustratin experience when you’re in an area with no cell phone signal to make other arrangements.

Enjoyable and scenic
Pros:

The views from the breakfast room are outstanding. The breakfast is good. The hotel is warm and cozy and well decorated. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is very eco friendly.

Cons:

It’s quite high up from the town up a very steep hill. Fine for us but not suitable if you have mobility problems.
