The location was central to the sites.
I was extremely disappointed with my stay, mainly due to billing issues and inconsistent service.
1. Double Charge Issue
I was charged twice for my stay, even though my Booking.com reservation clearly stated that I would pay at the property. The hotel charged my card days before checkout without informing me, and then charged me again at checkout.
When I contacted them afterward to request a refund, they did not resolve the issue despite multiple follow-ups over five days. I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. This was very frustrating and left me feeling misled.
2. Service Concerns
Breakfast service was inconsistent. One staff member was noticeably unfriendly toward me, although she seemed pleasant with others, which made me uncomfortable. Several mornings, the hot water tasted strongly of coffee.
3. Noise and Room Assignment
I was first placed in a room on the 4th floor directly under the restaurant. Noise continued until around 10pm every night, and the soundproofing was poor, making it difficult to sleep. After raising the issue, I was eventually moved to a quieter room.
4. Cleanliness Issues
Housekeeping often missed basic tasks like restocking bottled water. I also noticed bugs on the walls in my room, which was disappointing for the price point.
Overall: I had originally planned not to write a review, but the unresolved double charge and lack of communication afterward were concerning enough that I felt other travelers should be aware.

Just location was acceptable...
The room was in the basement and not so clean, on the site of main street so sleeping was disaster.
Breakfast was very poor.
Smell inside the room because of humidity.
Don't have a parking.

A szállás nagyszerű helyen van, közel az Agia Sofia-hoz. Az alkalmazottak kedvesek, segítőkészek voltak mindig. A szoba kicsi volt, de a célnak (az egész napos mászkálás utáni pihenésre) megfelelt. A hotel nem a legújabb darab, itt-ott kopott, de tisztának tűnt.
A reggeli. Sajnos a reggeli egyetlen értékelhető része a kilátás volt a reggeliző-helyiségből. Az első kísérletet követően inkább más étkezési lehetőség után néztünk és mégsem vettük igénybe ezt a szolgáltatást. (Szemben a hotellal van egy szuper reggeliző!)
Kevés a wc papír, de a portán kértünk, s adtak.
Very well located to blue mosque and Hagia Sofia a 5 min walk to both they are opposite each other
10-15 min walk to the old bazar I walked with the kids and it was a nice walk with shops all the way up the road plenty to eat on that stretch of rd.
As a Muslim it was easy to access the mosques at any prayer time non Muslims avoid prayer time although it’s only a 15 min wait unless Friday prayers. The front 4 ro s of the mosque carpet is heated in winter months made it a lovely experience. Istanbul is expensive for almost everything now from food to shopping so expect to pay more than usual.

Location was good
The hotel and its rooms were dated, and the beds are uncomfortable. The staff were generally polite but smoking in and around the property, and this was unpleasant and made the communal areas and bedrooms smell of smoke. The breakfast was not appetising, with limited fresh choices. We also did not appreciate or enjoy the constant hassling by the hotels roof top restaurants tout as we came and left the hotel, sometimes making these interactions uncomfortable and a good reason to not choose the hotel or restaurant!
Un punto fuerte del hotel es su ubicación, ya que está situado a 10 minutos del casco histórico y de la parada de tranvía.
Además, hay muchos restaurantes alrededor que merecen la pena.
Una de las cosas que menos me gustaron fue el desayuno ofrecido por el hotel. En primer lugar, había poca variedad en comparación con otros lugares de la zona y era muy poco continental, teniendo en cuenta que somos extranjeros y la mayoría venimos de Europa estaría bien adaptarlo.
Además, para mi gusto las camas no eran diel todo cómodas y, aunque si es cierto que todos los días cambian sábanas y toallas, el polvo sí que se puede ver que está acumulado.
