Nice apartment but it's on a very steep hill with no local transport close by. The metro station is a 20 minute walk away. The nearest shops are about 10 minutes walk.

Property was very clean. All staff were very responsive and super friendly. I highly recommend this property.

the property was nothing like it was promised nothing like the pictures , we had problems with the internet stayed online for 40 minutes with a staff member still couldn't get it to work , we left the staff a text hoping they would change the room , however we ended up leaving after spending one night out of our fully paid 10 nights .

Very good experience

It was a perfect stay in Istanbul. The location was very close to the main shopping, eating and arts areas. The staff was very friendly. Room was clean.

I liked the apartment. There were 2 bedrooms and a living room with a kitchenette. This was convenient in terms of space and separate places for sleeping and sitting together.

The kitchennete was well equipped with utencils. There was also a washing machine and a hanger for drying the laundry. This was a great help.

The shower was strong and hot water was not a problem at all.

The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and full of dining places, cafes, beauty salons, pharmacies and small grocery stores.

There was a big hospital next door that would have been helpful in case of emergencies.

The staff was friendly and responsive.

The only thing I did not like was the A/C. It never worked despite the staff trying 2 times to reset it and make it work. It is obvious that the A/C needs professional technical support.

We had to open the windows all day. This meant hot living area in the mornings and mosquito bites at night. So it is a must to bring in mosquito repellents.

Despite the great pros in this apartment, I will not be able to come again in summer. I will consider it in winter visits to Istanbul, unless the A/C is fixed.

Great place to stay. Convenient and friendly staff.
We had a problem getting cleaning done but wasn't so much of an issue.
My actual problem was they let someone I don't know into my room. I knew there was supposed to be a luggage left for me but never give a permission to enter my room with this person. Luggage could have been kept in the office or staff could have called me.
Very unprofessional.
And extremely disappointed !

I liked the liberty of having my own space. A sofa to sit, a kitchen for simple meals, a table to eat. Everything was clean and in working condition. In proximity with stores and restaurants.

There was an ugly smell in the appartment which the manager also noticed the first day but coudn't find a solution.The cleaning was once a week.Since we stayed 4 nights we didn't received any cleaning service.We had to buy a broom, a brush etc to clean the place.
Overall it was an expensive stay if you evaluate the price we paid and the condition of the premises
