Garden Hotel Muscat

They were not very accommodating at all. I was early, like 1:00 a.m., because that's when my flight landed. No way could I have a room even though I had booked one. They left me sitting in the foyer until 3:30 a.m., then said I could have a room, which I had to pay for again. I was only there for 2.5 hours, then gone again for my next flight. Don't tell me a room suddenly became available at 3:30 a.m. Front desk person dressed in his white robes had no personality at all.

We stayed there for 3 days. It is a fair hotel with acceptable options including wifi,breakfast and ... .
The problem we had was that the room cleaning was done without our permission and the charger and the box of my smart watch that I have recently bought, was lost and I think It was put on garbage by mistake although the personnel and manager didn't take the responsibility.

It is an old property of Tulip Inn changed to Garden Hotel. Now it is just equiv.to 2 * hotel.
But there are no renovations. Bathroom was in terrific situation and when I complaint about bathroom, there was no response. They said it is ok.. disaappointed

Breakfast was ok with limited menu, no focus on refilling.

Nice, clean hotel in Muscat. The rooms are very spacious. Beds were a bit hard and pillows not great, but overall a good sleep. The shower and tub/shower both didn't have shower curtains so the floor got wet. There were no face cloths, but they had shampoo & body wash. There were 2 bottles of water per day in your room along with a kettle to make coffee or tea (provided). The "balcony" is fully fenced with 2 windows that open slightly, not a lot of natural light in the room. There is a couch and chair, desk, closet, safe and mini fridge. There is a restaurant onsite, but I did not eat there so can't comment. Wifi works well enough in the rooms and lobby. There is a good restaurant nearby called imperial kitchen. The hyper market is a 2 minute walk, so you can stock up on snacks or water. There is also an atm nearby. I felt the area was safe as a woman traveller.

I recently stayed at Hotel Garden in Muscat for four days and had a superb experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel's appearance is quite appealing, blending modern comfort with aesthetic charm. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I would highly recommend Hotel Garden for anyone visiting Muscat.

One of the best experiences of my life. Stayed at The Garden Hotel Muscat for three days during my visit to Oman covering various locations. The hospitality of the hotel was top notch starting from the arrival experience at the airport until departure. The food was made to the taste, polite staff, world class standards, comfortable state of the art facilities. Kudos to the management of the hotel who went out of the way to make sure that we carry memories of lifetime.

It was too dirty, with disgusting smell🥵.
the breakfast was very simple,The variety of food in the breakfast was very little,and tableclothes were dirty 🤢

This hotel degraded recently and I wonder how these reviews describe it as a magical place to stay. I entered as a walk in customer and was not impressed at all to take a room and went to stay in another hotel. Dark corridors and the room was not looking inviting with a bad smell.

Beautiful experience. The calmness that was felt throughout my time there was indescribable and magical. The main difference from other similar trips was the experienced and expertly excellent reception named sama. The angel-like picture of a helping hand.
Beside all of that the short but memorable trip to matrah bazaar was perfect.

Located in one of the prime location in Al Khuwair. Close to market and malls.

it was a good experience very silent atmosphere so that i enjoyed my time with my boyfriend and the staff was also very corprativw and gave the best feeling of hospitality the front staff was very nice and had smiling faces the room was really spacious .

First of all, the staff were hospitable, the rooms were very clean, I felt comfortable in the room, the breakfast had a lot of variety and was very tasty, it was affordable in terms of price, The atmosphere of the hotel was very beautifuland I recommend it to others.

The atmosphere was very friendly, among the positive points of your hotel,is the good, attractive and kind reception,In fact, I think it would be much better if the personnel and reception are well chosen. The receptionist should be beautiful, not frowning and should be kind. A good receptionist should speak well and with a smile. I am very grateful to Miss Sama because she makes me feel good.
